    A Letter to Women

I hope that a few of you will read this and consider it the next time you hear someone say “men are pigs,” or when you hear a woman refer to her first born child as “the insurance policy,” or before you nod your head in unconsidered agreement with whatever negatives about men happen to be making the rounds. All of this will be visited on your sons, and their sons.

Lester, this is one of the BEST articles I've ever read. In fact, yesterday I emailed it to myself, to keep it handy. I want to use it to point to it whenever discussing this subject.

You've written the single-most-succinct article someone can just point to.

I'm a writer myself, and was kinda jealous how incredibly well-captured the points are in this article.

I'm jealous on how hot his voice is. lol. Now really though, I don't get why people have a fetish on female voices. Men voices are hotter.

Wait, I originally saw the article on avoiceformen... Now I notice it says Paul. I guess I thought you were the writer because of the website?

So you're not the author, right?

And therein lies the rub, ladies. It is indeed time, just as it was for men, for women to be held to scrutiny, and to account. More importantly, it is time for women to do this on their own.
    Therien lies the impossible dream..

Womens rights were "hard fought for" and will be "jeloausly gaurded"..

The peculiar feature is that men gave them their rights, men gaurd their rights and men expect women to hand them back?

Like the dog given the joint of beef, you are not going to see them voluntarily give it up till they have stuffed themselves on it and it has made them sick..

Women always put themselves first, and men also do this..

    Put women first I mean!!

Any changes, HAVE TO COME FROM MEN!!

Sorry about the confusion. I adopted the screen name Lester Burnham, the protagonist from the move American Beauty, and my now lifelong fictional hero.

Lester and Paul and Voice for Men all come from the same yours truly. And thanks for the kudos on my writing. I hope you enjoy the rest of it as well.

And Thanks to Marx, et al, for giving me my own corner of this magnificent website.

I agree with you on all exept the futility of it. I don't know what other men will do, but I hold women to account in everything I do. I hold myself to account as well.

Oh yes, as an individual, you can do that...

And, you may be able to persuade other men to do that..

And then, if the numbers of MEN doing that are high enough..

Then, that is the only time women will feel any need to change!!

They will do it, when they see it is in THEIR OWN best interests..

But, it comes from mens actions..

Men NOT handing the joint of beef to the bitch!!

And enough men doing this so the bitch cant go and get her lips round another mans joint!!

    Hey Alek,

Do you write on men's issues? I am gathering some of the better but less known work I can find. Now that my site is getting busier, I want to introduce other MRA writers to my subscribers. Those with larger bodies of work will get their own pages on the site.

Actually no, I'm a commercial writer in a completely different field. I don't write any real *articles* on gender-stuff.

I do write some ramblings on gender-issues, but its only random ramblings here and there, for my own amusement, nothing coherent, more like rants to get stuff off my chest:
