Yeah, there usually is - but with me, I draw my text back as far as I can so it lines right up with the closing quote-tag. If you just put a couple of line breaks after the closeing quote tag - you'll achieve the same result.

Sure you can add the break yourself, but almost nobody does. It would be better maybe if the break was in the template.
