It's not a bad idea, but getting a feminist to agree to an interview has about the same odds as finding the Loch Ness Monster. We do tear them apart in various blog entries and comments sections on blogs and news and social websites. After a while, you get to know the arguments - and learn how to pick them apart.

Well, you just tell them you're bringing awareness to women's issues. They'll believe that, won't they?

    Haha right!!

I think you need someone a little less outspoken than me, in that case.

On a personal level, I guess I have a problem with luring them in to cut their heads off. It feels cleaner to attack what they spontaneously post. That's just me, though.

It won't do any good. All the femiNazi propaganda lies have been thoroughly debunked decades ago, but they don't care at all. They go right on publishing the same old tired lies, and teaching them to each new generation. The Main Stream Media goes right on repeating all the same old debunked lies as if they have no clue (which of course they do not.)

Debunking a feminist lie, or even arguing with a feminist is a total waste of time. They don't care what is true. They only care about "feelings" and "emotional intelligence."

    Blessings

    Bob

It sounds like you've been thinking about some questions you'd like to ask feminists, or topics you'd like to debate with them. What would you ask or say or debate if you were to have such an interview?

I might be able to arrange for you (or others who are interested) to have an interview or debate with some feminists who might be willing to come here to talk with you all. But....I would not ask them to come here and take abuse from anyone. By abuse I mean calling anyone a "cunt" or personally attacking. Attacking the issues, yes...but in a respectful manner. And I would ask them to be respectful to you, as well.

    Re: Interviews with feminists?

Well I have a problem with this, simply because feminists do not carry any ID.

On other websites, I have raised some issues concerning feminists and their atrocious behaviour, I'm always met with the same tired old argument from women, the one that goes "Ah, but they're not real feminists" or "They don't know what real feminism stands for". So they are completely absolved from all blame just by saying a person isn't a real feminist. So if we interviewed a self proclaimed feminist, then tore her argument to shreds for the world to see, then the other feminists would just say "She's not a real feminist", it bloody annoys me, it's not cleverness that absolves them from blame, it's rat-bastard sneakiness.

I think all real feminists should carry some sort of ID to prevent this argument, then we can say "She is a real feminist, she has proof".

You raise some valid points and some questions in my mind: what makes a "real feminist"? What criteria must one fit? Must this person be politically active? Must he/she be a liberal? An atheist? A pro-choicer? Would you believe her if she said she was a feminist but was pro-life? A feminist but a homemaker? A feminist but a conservative? A feminist but a Christian? A feminist but has no college education, no women's studies classes, no activism, no blogs on feminist websites? What constitutes a feminist, exactly? Are there varying degrees of feminism? You're right...feminists don't carry ID cards. And if they did, what would they say, I wonder? Is every feminist a man hater? Or, are most not? What kind of person would you most like to debate with?

    Re: Interviews with feminists?

It doesn't matter, Tera. Whenever someone brings up an atrocity committed in the name of feminism, that's the line we always get - "well, that's not REAL feminism".

I'm not kidding. I went around and around at one point with several of them on my blog. I asked your very question - what is a feminist? What is feminism? The answers I got were so vague and noncommittal, I had to go out and google some answers myself. These kind of feminists hold some personal ideal of what feminism *should* mean, but they don't acknowledge what it *is*.

I hate to say this, but when I look at Men's Rights Movements, I can see that they're suffering. I'm just trying to come up with creative ways to get more interest in what we're trying to do.

I knew when I started that my ideas wouldn't be liked by all, but it's better than suggesting nothing.

A feminist has no value on life. And yes, they are political.

Euthanasia is already getting ready for our retirement.

If you are of no value then you should be put down.

They will argue that it is in your best interest and for your loved ones. Why put their lives in unhappiness for yours? In fact, if you are unhappy with the way of the world, we can help you commit suicide. It is all very simple.

Since you brought it up, (the subject of euthanasia)...if I were dying, and suffering horribly, and wanted to speed up the process I would hope to God that someone would help me do it in a humane way. My uncle was dying of a painful form of cancer that had spread throughout his body. He didn't have much time left in this world, but what time he had left he felt was too long. He couldn't stand the pain anymore. So he put a gun to head. I think if euthanasia had been an option for him, he would have taken it, and there isn't one person in our family that wouldn't have understood.
