Get New Template for Site and Forum Background

You really should install a new template for the site (Anti Misandry | The Cure for Feminist Indoctrination) There are plenty of free decent templates to download and install.

Also add a stylish background image to the forum, instead of those boring gray bars on the left and right side.

I can see your point, Tyrael.

The 'image' is 'blokey' by default.

Leftover pizza boxes; socks and shreddies lying around; three-quarter empty tinnies; sink full of dirty pans and plates. Hmmmm. (and the 'Hum' !)

The 'Opening' pages probably would benefit from a spankier decor.

Some new paint? Co-ordinated colour scheme? A bit of furniture here and there with scatter cushions?

I know that's why there are volunteers such as me who can help with that.

I explained how to save bandwidth (e.g. remove most arcade games). I gave examples how to get FREE templates and I offered to make a nice background for the forum.

All for free... So that excuse doesn't fly completely.

He should rely more on the help of other trustworthy people.

I have done a lot here and proved my worth in spades. If you want a new background you gotta give some guidelines as to color, style preferences.

Just an FYI, I use this specific skin now because it ties in directly with the SEO plugin I purchased to draw attention to specific elements of the forum. This skin actually promotes the sites on google (and other SEO aware engines) almost as well as paying seperately for a branded theme & SEO expert sitting around.

SO - if the skin is to be changed, I'd rather it be based around this skin as it's template core in order to continue benefitting from the SEO advantages offered (i.e. more awareness of the MRM online).

Understood. In other words yes you can change the dull gray colored vertical bars on the left and right side of the forum without affecting vbseo.
Do you have any preferences for the color and style?

And what's the reason for the fugly theme on the main site? It should be improved pronto.

Because it looks plain and a nicer looking sites attract more people which is also beneficial for AM.

Wanting, demanding is different than suggesting.

To be honest the front page, empty white colored site of AM looks like a pos. It is the first impression many new visitors get when they come to AM. This can be a lot better for sure.

The forum looks pretty good except for the grayness on each side. Of course each to their own. Some people prefer a lot of gray, but from a web design perspective it can be much nicer with a neat custom background image.

Well the altered frontpage looks better now in line with the rest of the site. I can make a custom background for AM, with some blue colors and a smooth stylish design so you can see what it's like.

Is that okay with you marx?
