What's this lawyer's deal? This company isn't breaking any laws. You can't (shouldn't) just send cease and desist letters and threaten legal action because you don't like something. What will the basis for the lawsuit be? I believe this will fall under free speech (freedom of expression). As long as the image they used isn't protected by copyright they can print it any way they like to.
