The Nazi's came to California to get instruction on how to set up their eugenics movement. California was draconian even for the eugenics movement. They sterilized hundreds of thousands before the state finally outlawed it.

If he had been a she, there would have been no arrest but a protest by slogan-toting womyn at lack of female toilets.

Here's a dilemma, which of you will prejudge him for political association, and who will afford this man the right to due process? Personally my heart goes with the latter. Whatever our feelings this is a man arrested for a particular crime which can even include public urination.

Edit: I viewed TMOTS input after what I wrote above (I didn't read anyone elses input either before posting). Good to see there's a sensible and wise head instilling equilibrium in the forum.

And I'll join the righteous indignation in how some of you forgot what you've learned here, and organized the lynching party before all the facts are in and justice has been done. We have to hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the beast we face! Everyday folk have to be able to discern us from them, it's no use if we blend shamelessly into a similarly corrupted theme. We have to stand decidedly apart! Better. Morally removed.

I find it humorous merely on the standard that this is a man who has advocated for wrong and has supported wrongdoing yet his godlike status has a dent in it for running into the law. Maybe my lack of seriousness is a flaw in me I need to fix, however the disservice his orginazation has done to society makes me feel no remorse for laughing at his small misfortune. He was arrested for public indecency not a full blown felony.

If he was arrested for rape or DV I would not have found it funny in the slightest...

I don't pity the fool for getting arrested for indecent exposure and I don't believe he deserves to lynched nor ass raped, neither.
His corporate image has received a black eye and I'll leave it there.

Thornton was charged with indecent exposure, a Class B misdemeanor that carries a fine up to $2,000 and a potential 180 days in jail. It is not yet clear if he was making a lewd display of his genitals with the intent to cause sexual arousal — which is the definition of indecent exposure — or if he was merely urinating in public, which has drawn charges of indecent exposure in the past.
