DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines police officer accidentally ran over a woman lying in the street overnight. Police said it happened about 12:50 a.m. at 10th Street and Stone Lane in Des Moines.
Someone called police to check on a person who was lying in the street or alley.
Officer Brian Cuppy responded to the call, but did not see the woman lying in the alley until his car ran over her legs.

When I do this, and I know I will, it will be comparable to the lame learning to walk, the blind being enabled to see and the suffocated breathing again. The sky isn't the limit; there are no limits.

Then I need to get my facts straight before running off at the mouth, huh?
The rest of my point is still valid, it's still horrible. When I do this, and I know I will, it will be comparable to the lame learning to walk, the blind being enabled to see and the suffocated breathing again. The sky isn't the limit; there are no limits.
