When I saw the headline I was thinking of a mom letting the child sit on her lap and steer, on a country road. That might be okay. But this woman has a serious drug and alcohol problem which is sad. I hope the children can be in the care of their father or other relative and the mom can realize how destructive she is being and kick her habits.
