As a wise man once said "You can't fix stupid!"

They should make a facebook emergency services that checks the statuses of everyone and calls the cops. I usually dislike stupid people, but this made me laugh.

The are smart enough to navigate a phone capable of internet access yet they aren't smart enough to simply call emergency services? I have no words. This is just one of those moments I stare blankly at the computer.





Btw what kind of parent gives their 10-12 year old a phone with internet capabilities AND allows them to have a facebook? At 10 they should be riding their bikes and playing with barbies not texting and documenting every moment of their life on a silly website.

I thought 10 year olds weren't supposed to have accounts on social networking sites. I sure as hell didn't at age 10

When I used myspace, you had to be over 16, if I recall right.

It was either Dateline or 20/20, but I saw something about a 12 year old kid who had what I believe was a MySpace account.

My then 14 year old cousin had an account on Bebo (or something) and lied about her age

Perhaps if they changed the emergency number, the world over, to 664 (OMG) it might help the poor little darlings.

I mean for God sakes, what is in these peoples brains?
