That swine is actually Lou Ferrigno. A Italian American body builder who is best known for his role as the Hulk in the 70's TV series. He's in a Personal trainer, Actor, Voice actor and a comedian. He was also good friends with Michael Jackson and helped him organize a concert before he died. He will also been in the upcoming Avengers movie.

I have to shave every day, my facial hair grows that quickly, during the winter I have been known to shave twice a day.
It's not only an appearance thing when meeting clients at work, having facial hair gives me a bad seal on my breathing apparatus mask at fire calls, wasting valuable air that could be better used in a search or what-ever.
I note a few people here saying that they have shaved a beard off because it becomes itchy, what you need to do if this occurs, is condition it, as in use conditioner that you would use on the hair on your head.
If a beard is kept clean and trimmed there should be no worries with them at all.

Having said that, I have been party to a number of comments by women about beards, one said that they always think that men with beards have something to hide, another said never trust a man with a beard, one other one said they would never date a guy with facial hair, it screams "LOSER"

Indeed. I worked with a guy at one place and I unintentionally gave him the nickname 'the bearded lady'. We were good buddies, but I don't think he forgave me for that.

Bear in mind that I have a fantastic beard. My photo has been on AM before and the beard has grown even longer.

a) help organise it (you could have your own sub-forum (or separate blog) for information/updates, etc.)
b) contribute $100 (USD or AUD?) towards the sum... so that's one out of 100... only 99 to go.
c) set you up a specific email account for all communications pertaining to the event.
d) host the video footage directly (i.e. no censorship from youtube etc.)
e) send out a mass-email campaign to all members here to try and get more support.
