First golf outing of the season
Tee time in 40 min for my first outing of the season. I'm excited. Just bought a new set of clubs, it's pushing 60 deg (f) and I've a golf bag full of budweiser.
Anyone else here take time to golf?~Politicians are just a group of lawyers over complicating life for everyone else.

I did golf once so far, it was quite fun actually. However, watching those professional tournaments is boring.

Okay, got some questions for you: how much is cost of golfclubs and such, training for beginners, how often do you golf, during which months, weather conditions, and how long did it take for you learn golf?

Golf club prices vary. For the beginner or someone who only plays occasionally you can normally find a relatively inexpensive used set on craigslist or ebay. I just bought a used set that were professionally made for the fella I bought them off of for $100. You can find a decent set of starter clubs for around that. Quote from Tyrael
I never took lessons. I've been playing since I was about 12-13 years old. Never really steady or constant until about 5-6 years ago. I golf at least once a week during the season. The season in the northern part of the US is from March (whenever it starts to get nice) to about October. During the beginning of spring I normally go out when it's above 50 degrees (f) and sunny. I don't worry too much about wind conditions.
