    Re: Clever answers to misandrist remarks

    When someone once made a sexist generalisation to me about all men, I replied: "I would rather be a man than a bigot."

    It didn't go down very well.

    Just by the way Percy.....old sensei MAUS used to have just such a dojo as you describe on the MGTOW mainsite....(sound of crickets chirping)....

    Don't I wish men would actually talk back.

    This isn't exactly for misandrist remarks, but it is one of my favorites for when they really start whining:

    "I'm not your emotional tampon"

    "It didn't go down very well".....

    Did you hurt their feelings?

    I can think of nothing more cowardly than baiting a chain tethered bear....except perhaps the bear willfully imposing a tether on himself so that he can be baited.

    My infamous challange is "feminists are the most boorish bunch of biggots this side of Johanesburg...don't be obteuse and act like I am the only one who noticed...what is more they are the most overbearing bunch of assholes this side of the nearest elephant herd....and I would appologise to an elephant's asshole for saying that before I would appologise to a feminist."

    Chief?

    Which clever remarks?

    So whenever some nasty feminist type gets (seemingly) wound up, you unleash that same lame tired-assed "insular" line. Is that what your saying?

    I'm not having a go at you, rather more astounded you still grasp to such old constrictive ways.

    Today, whereby gender politics are concerned, you have to be statesman and a statistician combined (at the very least!)! Still want to play? Come forth and impale yourself on such insular political madness!

    Spewing the same "comfortable" line won't suffice any more! Therefore, let your position be known to all, at least if your pushing a political agenda, the "mirrored" morons will be able to recognise another social retard (it's only fair!). Isn't it?

    Totally out of line, Druid. Why don't you grow up and stop trying to antagonize a new member?

    Re: Clever answers to misandrist remarks

    Sometimes what they say is so off the wall, it's near impossible to offer a comeback, because they've basically dug a hole for themselves.

    The other day on Answerbag, some woman was banging on about her boyfriend being abusive towards her, she stated that when he gets angry, he punches the wall.
    I simply pointed out that him punching a wall was not abusive towards her, instead, it was self harm.
    I did not mention women once, yet in her comeback to me, she stated that I hate women and that I must be physically abusive towards women, seriously.

    Here's the question (not an actual question you'll notice);
    I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for a year he has been very abusive to me. He punches the wall when he is angry and has threatened to kill me twice. He also verbally abuses me. I have been to the police but never pressed charges.
    My answer;
    When does punching a wall constitute as abuse towards you?
    I assume you never raise your voice, and are all innocent and sweet all the time?
    What were your actions that drove him to threaten to kill you? I mean if you said his mother was a slut, it's then understandable that he'd get angry, but of course, I was forgetting, you're all sweet and innocent.
    Her reply;
    You are cruel. You must be physically abusive towards women. You must not even like women. Nobody deserves to be threatened to be killed or abused. You have problems seriously. He not only punched a wall but kicked down a door. Also he did push me and shove me and grabbed me and hurt me. Now do you think that is abuse? You are crazy!
    Seriously, you couldn't make this shit up.

    You did notice that the post relates back to Nov 2007, and is long resolved?

    Do you 'feel' some kind of affinity with him?

    And, are you not being antagonistic yourself by reviving a dormant thread that has nothing to do with you?

    I have a male friend who had a simple response to feminist rhetoric, he'd simply look them in the eye and say, "So, you're a feminist? Isn't that cute." They also have it on a bumper sticker.
    That sentiment is terrific, know where I can get one?

    I dont really see why folk care what feminists think anyway, our real problem is why the government cares what femninists think and why men still continue to pay taxes to support the state when they know full well that the feminists will get practically all of the revenues..

    As men we have the answers and solutions already but seems we just dont want to do anything about that, rather continue arguing about the problem..

    Feminists are shit.. Simple really..
    Completely agree. I shouldn't have to pay tithes to the Church of the Ovary, when their entire agenda is the disposal of us and ( at the worse i"ve heard, Genocide.) again I ask, how are todays women being oppressed?

    Is that a term for a feminist who has something to say about anything?
