Well I don't think that's acceptable at all to threaten you with a ban. I noticed Celtic's comment, however I assumed that was where it ended and it was best not to further arguments? I think we have all seen far too many lately.

Let me passively clear things up that all the things I said were not meant to sound disrespectful, nor was I insulting peoples beliefs or telling any of the men that they were wrong or being irrational.

Good to know. But I thought that you felt that way at my retort to you. I wasn't attacking you, just furthering the conversation. It is easy to misread the tone online.

I'm usually the type of woman that would rather try to understand why people believe and think the way they do without throwing down judgement or unjustified information.

Same here, which is why I wondered how you felt about female genital mutilation? It was meant to further the conversation and not to rubbish your point.

No definitely not, but I wasn't agreeing nor disagreeing with anyone at all :P But I get what you're saying... And of course I don't agree with female circumcision but that being said it has no different impact of what I was actually saying on the original post. Inflicting any kind of cut on someone is wrong rather it be genitals or fingers or anything. Peoples reasons for cutting anything are not very logical unless the persons body part is going to hurt them and it needs to be amputated. Gangrene, shattered bone, severe staph, etc. That is all!

All I see is anger that has been misplaced.

Nordic Guy, you posted in good faith, in the spirit of peace and harmony. Nobody should condemn you for that.

The 'misplaced anger' has been building up for fifty years or more. When men finally get a place to rant and express their anger it's not going to be pretty.
We're back-tracking on fifty years (or more) when western politics was totally devoted to meeting the needs of women, while they simultaneously whined about 'victimhood'. Why are you surprised if men lash out in anger and frustration about the denial of their rights, even as babies?

You joke about being 'snipped' yourself. Since that can't be undone you have to joke about it and "take it like a man".
As Christians, Muslims and Jews fight over important religious, spiritual and cultural ideologies, going back thousands of years, men must still be judged by whether their penis has been mutilated or not. And women are not included BTW. Only men with mutilated genitals can be allowed to serve the Goddess/religion/state.
What does that say about the gullibilty of men?

It's a very short step from circumcision to castration. Watch out for your testicles. They are on the 'danger of extiction' list.

If you understood our anger you wouldn't moralize it. I disagree that everyone that comes here is on our side. I don't believe that we all have the same aims, neither.
