    I could not believe this when I saw it. This woman is either totally blind to the consequences of such poor legislation, or, more likely, she is fully aware of them and revelling in the fact that this could severely dis-empower men.

    Ok, if thatÂ’s how you interpret it. But a man would, I am not surprised.
    It is very unlikely that a man in her position could get away with such a comment if the situation was reversed. She is allowed to disregard his interpretation simply because he is a man.
