Re: Feminist Makes Stupid Argument that Women aren't Inferior to Men
Well, pound for pound is irrelevant. I mean, obviously the muscle fibers are the same thing so they'd produce equivalent strength, but strength is defined by the whole individual, not pound for pound. It's like saying that I am just as strong as Ronnie Coleman... pound for pound. :P
And I ignored the difference between the bone structure, intra and inter muscular coordination and so on. So no, men are stronger. lol. Arguing this is idiotic, really.
I got bored of reading the rest. And I'm curious Otis... Is it a female or a male brain?

Re: Feminist Makes Stupid Argument that Women aren't Inferior to Men
But you aren't. Not even pound for pound of lean muscle (neither am I nor is anyone here for that matter). Not all muscle tissue is created equal, some people have stronger muscles than others, not just more muscle mass. Men are slightly stronger than women even controlling for lean body mass.
When has that ever stopped the Feminists. And I ignored the difference between the bone structure, intra and inter muscular coordination and so on. So no, men are stronger. lol. Arguing this is idiotic, really.
How the fuck would I know? Do I look like a neurologist to you?I got bored of reading the rest. And I'm curious Otis... Is it a female or a male brain?Real men hate women

Re: Feminist Makes Stupid Argument that Women aren't Inferior to Men
I said that I'm ignoring inter and intra muscular coordination and skeletal structure. If those things are the same, a pound of muscle is as strong. Also, it depends on the type of muscle because there are three types of muscle fiber, each better at something than others. Fast twitch are good for jumping and sprints, slow twitch are good for endurance, for example.

Fighting is for people without brains. I can hurt a person more than beat them up.
Still, what's the relevance? You didn't make an argument against what I said. In case you missed it or don't know how to read, I said that the average man is stronger than the average woman, but if you ignore the skeletal structure and inter/intra muscular coordination, a pound of muscle is the same pound of muscle.

Re: Feminist Makes Stupid Argument that Women aren't Inferior to Men
Such threads are 100% pure infantile BS..
In some ways women are "inferior" to men..
In some ways men are "inferior" to women..
Ever tried to win an argument with a woman?
Cant be done!!
Femilogic dictates that when you win, you lose!!
Whatever, one man and one woman together working in harmony towards mutual goals is much better in the long run than 2 of the same!
Shared strengths are what it is about!

That's got to be the most ridiculous point I've ever seen made.
Lets see, here is some saltwater: http://i.treehugger.com/images/2007/...rsh-jj-001.jpg
And here is some freshwater:http://www.elkhornslough.org/esnerr-...eshwater_1.jpg
Since the holes in the front of your head are unable to perceive any difference between the two, that makes them identical right? The reality of the times is that men marry the state they live in. The woman just comes with the deal for a few years. - Lester Burnham

Re: Feminist Makes Stupid Argument that Women aren't Inferior to Men
Wow, okay...I know this is just going to be dismissed, but here goes: "That's not a feminist!"
I don't know if I'm a feminist as much as I am proud and slightly vain, and also someone who doesn't take anyone's shit. I don't expect standards to be lowered for me--I expect to compete equally and if I can't cut it, pack up and go home. "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen" is something I live by.
The entire reason that feminism crumbled was because, as some of you may have begun to suspect, there is no singular definition of what feminism really is. It is really just whatever the particular woman you're arguing with defines it as, at the time. Seriously, just pretty much whenever a feminist feels something is "unfair" to her gender in some way, that is a new limit. The problem is that they made a ridiculously sexist error, against their own sex: to believe that all women want the same thing. Women are not a hive-mind any more than any two men are. There is an extraordinary variety of opinion, even if it's unreasonable. (The same is very true of men; if you don't believe there are a lot of unreasonable men out there, I don't believe you live on the same planet).
Women who happen to be larger or somehow more capable of defending themselves, for example, will be offended when someone tells them that they can't defend themselves *because* they are female. At this point, a strange thing happens (also noted in political, religious, racial, cultural and other types of group ideologies), instead of having the courage to stand on her own as an individual, and revel in her own exceptional qualities, she will feel that an attack on females is an attack on her, *without noting* the obvious fact that she is, in fact, an exception, not a rule. Does that make her a narcissist? Well...no comment.
Feminism made a big mistake in expecting ALL women to be equal to men IN ALL WAYS. Politically? Sure, everyone should have an equal vote. There are always exceptions and there should be no bars or discouragement to those exceptional women's advancement in society, or any field they can equally compete in...but for the rest...well, wouldn't they even be happier as home-makers? Some women (maybe even most) are smaller, softer, less violent. So are some men. Those men should probably be stay-at-home dads, or figure out if they're gay, or find a dominatrix, or remain celibate and get really, really good at chess or something.
Beyond this, it's pretty much just a question of nature vs. nurture. Why argue about that? Can't we leave that up to the researchers who are actually studying it, rather than putting out "theories"? Personally, I believe that there are males and females, but we are imperfect creatures, so sometimes the wiring gets crossed and a female ends up with a male brain or visa versa. Blah, blah, you know that argument. But then there's nurture: a larger female, who just happens to have genes to be quite large, still has a female brain but has brawn and therefore exercises it (as women would if they took over the world--I believe there would be less difference than one might think in the number of wars or what-have-you, contrary to popular belief). Maybe more masculine women are exposed to more testosterone in utero, or what-have-you. That doesn't necessarily make them lesbian, either, since high testosterone in females is equated with an over-all increased desire for sex. Look some time at fashion models: sharp jawlines and cheekbones, flat chests, low eyebrows, small hips, etc...they look like teenage boys more than feminine women do, (I hardly see why that's so surprising when so many of the women's clothing designers are homosexual men--why wouldn't they consider such forms the pinnacle of beauty?) More feminine women have smaller jawlines, high eyebrows, large eyes, breasts, hips, and a small waist--they also get fat later, unlike many of the models, but that's because they're 'designed' better for child-bearing.
P.S. Fun science fact of the day: men boast both the HIGHEST and the LOWEST IQ's. Women tend to be more average. Low IQ men do not deserve more opportunity than average IQ women. Can't you at least agree with that?
P.P.S. If women only existed for procreation, then why do they live longer than men? Why so many years after menopause? I doubt it's just "to take care of grandchildren"; many women begin professional careers after raising children...it's just a pity that no one listens to old people, in general, anymore.
