Men who provoke women to violence are often not aware that they are even doing it. (Not that that makes it right!) The provocation, which may be as subtle as regularly mispronouncing a certain word, can build up over many years leaving women feeling powerless.

Some men may not deserve physical violence, but they bring it upon themselves anyway -- either by deliberately failing to alter their behaviour to suit their partners, or by just being too dense to appreciate the first warnings.

This happens.. Guys stand up to defend poor little women without knowing the truth. She has the right to beat on him but of course men should never hit a woman. Guys promote this double standard too.

It's only since the advent of Feminist dogma that this idea that men should never strike a woman in any which way at all, no matter what she has done to him, has become the sacred cow mantra it is today. The feminists have now enshrined it into the general psyche of people and driven into the minds of men that they have absolutely no recourse whatsoever to any kind of physical assault against a woman whilke at the same time a woman has the God given right to lash out at him in any which way she likes. And now we have Harriet Harman attempting to make it possible for women to escape any serious legal repurcussions if she happens to kill a man in the process, something men will never be able to be granted in the same way.

Up until the mid to late 20th century it was quite common for men to beat the crap out of their women if they thought it necessary - and the general attitude then was that she obviously deserved it. In many cases most probaby they didn't, but I;m just making a point here.

As I keep saying - any man who chooses to marry or to live with a woman in a domestic environment these days has to be a certifiable head case.

Anand then mentioned these previous reports and she asked him how many more women were losing their jobs than men in South East England. He repied by saying that was not true at present - latest figures showed that men, in fact, had been losing tbeir jobs in larger numbers than women.

Anand's reponse to that? "Well, at least that's a relief!"

This is an attitude that prevails throughout much of society. If it affects women, it's top of the political agenda, if it affects men - it instantaneously becomes a 'non-issue' (as in Anand's case!).

Although, such blatant and callous disregard for the plight of men ensures a growing repulsion for the void of empathy for men by modern women.

I think there's only one really nasty feminist working on the HYS boards - i.e. comments only get severely censored half the time.
