I think you just answered your own question.
Nice edit. Now put westministers quote back in context to reveal what I my response was really replying too. Thanks.

I meant to abandon this tedium a while ago, yet somehow I could not resist, so you've done me a favour now I think on it...! Ta!

Well, just because Glitz has decided to make it all about personal insults, I don't see why the rest of us shouldn't be able to talk about it. But, I can't say I'm surprised.

Just answering your question in my own inimitable style.

Women being weaker morally doesn't make them innocent, it makes them potentially very guilty.

Lets wrap this bit up once and for all...

WM said "I do think women are morally weaker than men and hence, are more vulnerable to temptation than men are"

The highlighted part is the bit you removed and what I replied to with this:

"So why is so easy for women to exploit men? Why do so many men end up paying for kids after a quickie?"

It does not place blame it simply demonstrates men are quite susceptible to temptation along with women.

MODS: I do not wish to sit back and watch others mis-quote me and generally make up untruths. Sorry.

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?

Here we go again, Glitz's blind faith to the Feminist Dogma that Men and Women are exactly the same. But no, he doesn't belong in an opposing views section, he's really one of us. WELL EXACTLY HOW IS THAT TRUE?

If men and women are the same, then what are they doing to men that is unfair? If Glitz even cares about that! Quite frankly, I don't see how he really can.

1.) He doesn't believe that people have an innate right to be treated fairly

(so, no recourse for men there)

2.) He doesn't believe that men and women are significantly different

(no recourse for men there either)

Thus, according to Glitz, Men have ZERO inherent rights to fair treatment. If this guy isn't an Anti, then who is?

His only argument is that if women don't treat men fairly, then men won't treat them fairly. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! :funny: Look around buddy!

I apologise if I've treated you unfairly Glitz, but I seriously don't understand how the bolded part changes the meaning of westminster's statement.

Morally weaker means more likely to do bad/evil things, which means they're more easily temptedd. QED

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?

    are men and women equal?

i would like to think that they are equal, but in reality, they are definitely not treated equally.

i know so many girls/women who just have this bitterness towards men... a lot of them without reasons. "men are pigs. all of them." is what i've been told. "all they think about is sex. nothing else." and yet they go out talking about how they hate stereotypes and how closeminded people are these days.

and to be honest, i know a lot more girls who are against men, than men who are against women. i think i know maybe a handful of guys who think that men should stay in the kitchen and that they should be seen, not heard. though, there are a good deal of guys out there who assume that women are weak, or can't handle things. some things, are understandable, but if it is something simple, like working a power drill or something, now that's just sexist.

i don't think that men and women will ever really be equal either. overall, it seems that women are being treated better than men.

men are getting their rights and privileges taken away so that women can be "equal." a big one i can think of is how many of the men's sports in colleges were taken away just so women could have those sports. how is that equal? you're taking away something and giving it to someone else?

i have the same grades, same SAT scores, same level of extra and co-curricular activities, same calibur of letters of recommendation, my parents make the same money as a guy applying to the same college. who get's in? oh my, i'm sure that i'd be receiving an acceptance letter instead of my male equal, despite the fact that in the majority of schools, there are more women than men. how's that for fair?

why can't they all be treated fairly? is it really that hard, or will people start complaining about that too?

another random little bit of nonsense:

why is it, when women are complaining about men talking about something that annoys them, a major response of theres is that "he probably has a small dick and is trying to compensate." what? ok, well, i think you have small boobs and could afford to lose A LOT of weight. how does that make anything better?

    oy...

Um, treating people who are equal unequally?

1.) He doesn't believe that people have an innate right to be treated fairly
    No that was you.

Men are treated unequally and I think they should be because men and women are equal. Its not rocket science dude!

OK, so I'm stressed and I'm feeling sorry for myself tonight - still I can't help but notice - why is WM continually attacking Glitz? Kind of sad, really. For what purpose?

    Makes no f-ing sense.

Through discussion with some MODs, it has been voted this thread has lost direction and despite pleasant requests to maintain a friendlier approach, it would seem that is asking too much. Hence, thread locked by Admin.
