Re: Radical Homosex Attack on BOYS!

Of all the organizations that have taken a stand in defense of Boys and the Right to Become a Good Man, the Boy Scouts have been a true leader. They are hated, and berated, and often hissy fit baited - but they still stand up to the Ephebophile Lobby with more courage and honor than anybody else.

    Bravo!

    .................................................. ............................................

100 Years of Scouts' Honor (www.frc.org)

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has certainly mastered its survival skills. Today, the entire country celebrates with BSA as it commemorates 100 years of molding boys into men worthy of respect.
Despite being under relentless pressure to make their message more politically correct, the Boy Scouts have never wavered from instilling traditional values into generations of young leaders.

Although the Scouts have been under fire from the Left, they continue to show the same character that the organization has developed in millions of American boys.
We applaud the Boy Scouts for its commitment to faith and for serving as an example to other groups of what it means to continue stand up for the truth after years of dedicated service.

    Maine considers banning biology-based restrooms

'Transgender ID' in schools under scrutiny by human-rights commission
    February 15, 2010 By Michael Carl © 2010 WorldNetDaily

A proposal by the Maine Human Rights Commission to establish a broad right for "transgender" boys to use girls restrooms in all Maine schools will be the subject of a public hearing scheduled by the commission March 1.

The plan, if given ultimate approval by the commission, will establish mandatory transgender restroom access rules for all Maine schools. The proposal was prompted by a decision last year that found a school in Orono, Asa Adams School, discriminated against a boy by denying him access to the girls' restroom.

Christian Civic League of Maine Administrator Mike Hein said it's worrying because he believes the draft of the proposed regulations was developed in a December closed-door session.

"The Maine Human Rights Commission had a secret, closed-door session in December and the public wasn't notified. But Mary Bonauto (director of the Gay and Lesbian Activist and Defenders) was invited to the meeting and she was allowed to present a legal brief at that meeting," Hein said.

The commission said, in documents obtained through a Freedom of Access Act request by Maine's Christian Action League, the June determination that a school discriminated against a boy by not allowing him access to the girls' restroom was correct.

"The commission has found reasonable grounds to believe that unlawful discrimination occurred in a complaint alleging that an elementary school had an obligation to allow a transgender student access to common bathrooms consistent with that student's gender identity, and the commission is a party to a court complaint in that case," the commission concluded.

Another document obtained in the same request details the proposal: "Transgender students must be allowed access to bathrooms that correspond with their gender identity or expression or, if they prefer, to existing single stall bathrooms."

It continues: "With respect to locker rooms and shower facilities that involve undressing in front of others, transgender students must be provided with accommodations that meet their needs and that take into account the legitimate privacy concerns of all student involved."

Bonauto has filed a brief with the commission that says the commission is acting properly in trying to deal with students' "identity" issues.

"Practically speaking, making a transgender student with a female gender identity use the boys' restroom would be stigmatizing and have a serious, negative, emotional consequence for the student as well. It would be no less stigmatizing for that student to have to use the boys' room than it would be for any non-transgender girl to be singled out and made to use the boys' room," she claims.

Bonauto suggests restroom usage should not be based on biology.

"Applying these rules, it is clear, for example, that an anatomy or biology-based rule for bathroom usage cannot be used to bar transgender students from using a facility consistent with their gender identity," Bonauto said.

"Such a rule would fail to give effect to the non-discrimination mandate for gender identity, a result at odds with the plain meaning of the 'gender identity' portion of the statute," she said.

"In addition, such a rule is at odds with the Human Rights Act as a whole, since the act seeks to remove obstacles to education, not to impose them. Finally, such a construction would render 'gender identity or expression' meaningless surplus usage with no intended consequences for how schools deal with transgender students," Bonauto said.

On the issue of sports, Bonauto supports rules that require the schools to open doors based on the students' sense of identity.

"GLAD supports a rule that allows students the opportunity to play sports consistent with their gender identity, with no exceptions. The guidance provides this rule 'in most cases' and also states that, 'In very rare cases, legitimate questions about fairness in competitive interscholastic sports may need to be resolved on a case-by-case basis," Bonauto said. Bonauto did not respond to a request for comment.

But Hein said the proposals will have a derogatory impact on Maine's schools.

"What it comes down to is that we are completely getting rid of the concept of gender. Gender is being stricken in all forms in Maine if this proposed guideline is adopted as is," he said.
Hein says the issue of sports competition will be adversely impacted as well.

"It completely turns on its head what we consider boys basketball, girls basketball. Gender normative sports will be completely erased under these guidelines. In addition, if the proposed guidelines are adopted, you will have biological boys in the middle school, high school or college setting showering with girls," Hein said.

The difficulties in sports are also a point of concern with the University of Maine. In a letter obtained through the FOAA request, University of Maine Office of Equal Opportunity Director Karen Kemble said the proposal raises some important questions.

"As the current language acknowledges, there will likely be cases in which allowing a transgender student to participate in gender-segregated sports in accordance with the gender identity or expression will raise legitimate concerns about fairness in competitive interscholastic sports. Although such requests from transgender students may be very rare, among those, fairness of play may become an issue," Kemble said.

The letter obtained in the FOAA request continues.

"The university also wanted to take the opportunity to point out some scenarios that could cause unintended consequences. For example, based on information provided by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) on the issue, a transgendered individual's participation on a gender-segregated team could result in the NCAA's treating that team as a mixed team. This would have a number of serious consequences including potentially impacting the institution's compliance with Title IX," Kemble said.

Hein said the proposed regulations also will have an impact on private and Christian schools.

"Any school in Maine whose authority to grant diplomas is authorized by the state will have to follow these guidelines. That includes Christian and private schools," Hein said.

If the state adopts the proposed regulations, private schools may not have many alternatives.

"What has to occur for Christian schools, religious schools and parochial schools, in Maine under these guidelines is that civil disobedience must occur. This situation really rises to the level of Christian schools, schools that confess morality and decency will have to resist the rules and regulations of the state," Hein said.

Currently, Colorado, Iowa, Washington state, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco have rules, policies or laws dealing with transgender restroom accommodations. The Maine rules would make Maine the first state in the U.S. to adopt the policies for elementary and secondary school students and may make Maine the first to extend the rules to private and sectarian schools.

WND has reported on the Christian Civic League of Maine's call for the public to contact state legislators and oppose imposition of the regulations.

This is not the first time the argument has arisen. WND previously reported when the city council of Tampa, Fla., voted unanimously to include "gender identity and expression" as a protected class under the city's human rights ordinance, leading some to fear the council has opened the city's public bathroom doors to sexual predators masquerading as protected transsexuals.

A statement from the American Family Association explained, "Tampa Police arrested Robert Johnson in February 2008 for hanging out in the locker room–restroom area at Lifestyle Fitness and watching women in an undressed state. The City of Tampa's 'gender identity' ordinance could provide a legal defense to future cases like this if the accused claims that his gender is female."

WND also reported on a similar plan adopted by fiat in Montgomery County, Md., which opponents said would open up women's locker rooms to men who say they are women.

The issue also has come up in Colorado, where Democrat Gov. Bill Ritter signed into law a plan that effectively strikes gender-specific restrooms in the state.

And city officials in Kalamazoo, Mich., only weeks after adopting a "perceived gender" bias plan, abandoned it in the face of massive public opposition.

How to Respond to Teachers Pushing Pro-Gay Curriculum: Family Group Advises Parents

    By Patrick B. Craine February 19, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) -
The B.C.-based pro-family group Parents for Democracy in Education (PDE) have released a set of answers that parents can provide to teachers who ignore their complaints about the spread of homosexualist “propaganda” through the curricula of Canada's schools.

The new document offers responses to a controversial new sheet that has been distributed to Canadian teachers, entitled “Objections to Anti-Homophobia Curriculum in Schools?” The sheet offers “quick responses” to common objections given by parents who object to the treatment of homosexuality in their child’s school curriculum.

This “quick response” sheet for teachers was published by the Hamilton Mountain News last week after it were leaked to a reporter with the paper by teachers in the Hamilton public school board. The same sheet was also distributed by the British Columbia Teacher's Federation, which led PDE to issue their response.

The teacher sheet advises teachers to tell parents who complain about pro-gay classes that they “do not condone children being removed from our classes when we teach about Aboriginal People, people of color, people with disabilities or gays and lesbians.”

In response, PDE suggests parents state, in part: “It’s really not relevant what you condone. These are not your children. We are their parents.” “Your teaching should be consistent with and supportive of family principles, not undermining those principles,” they add.

Further, they point out that the teacher should be told: “You're mixing unlike categories when you compare homosexuals to Aboriginals, people of colour, or disabled people.” “Race is not a behaviour,” they write. “Homosexuality is. Race is not injurious to the person’s own health and well-being; homosexuality is.”

The teachers' quick response sheet also advises teachers to tell parents: “You can teach your child your own values at home. Public schools teach everyone about respecting diversity and valuing everyone.”

In this case, PDE suggests parents remind teachers that they “cannot and must not use their authority to tell children their parents are wrong.” “That’s an abuse of authority that deserves dismissal,” they continue. “We agree children should be taught to respect diversity and value everyone — but that can surely be achieved without teaching that sexual perversions are meritorious and praiseworthy.”

Another response for teachers reads: “All children, including yours, have a right to an education free from discrimination.” PDE points out that in this response, “we have a logical error caused by propagandistic thinking.” “To learn to discriminate between what is right and what is wrong is an essential part of education,” they write.

Further, to teachers who argue that they have a duty to provide “accurate information,” PDE responds that the schools' “pro-‘gay’ propaganda is full of mis-information. It does not inform students of the very real and serious physical and mental health risks associated with homosexual behaviour.”

News agencies gagging 'gay' factor in boy's rape
But coverage beyond bonkers for fake Duke lacrosse assault

July 01, 2009 By Joe Kovacs WorldNetDaily

Editor's note: The content of this story is graphic in nature and may be objectionable to some readers.
News coverage of a Duke University official accused of raping his adopted 5-year-old son and offering the child to someone else is apparently lacking what some say is a key piece of information: the fact the alleged perpetrator is a homosexual who lives with another "gay" man.

Frank Lombard, associate director of the Health Inequalities Program at the university's Center for Health Policy, was arrested last Wednesday in Raleigh, N.C., for attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with the child, who is black.
The arrest affidavit goes into graphic detail of Lombard's alleged actions, including alleged performance of oral sex with the child in front of a webcam, and sodomizing the boy with his finger and tongue. It also prominently cites the fact that Lombard is a homosexual living with another "gay" man.

In his online profile, Lombard reportedly describes himself as "perv dad for fun."
But days after the case broke, there have been few, if any, mentions in news stories that Lombard is part of a homosexual couple raising children.
In reports by the Associated Press, CNN and ABC News, for instance, the "gay" factor is never brought up.

A Lexis-Nexis news database search by WND using search terms "Frank Lombard" and "homosexual" or "gay" resulted in just four results, none of which were any major media...
An online comment in reaction to the ABC News story mentioned media hypocrisy with the high-profile case of Duke lacrosse players who were wrongly accused of a rape that never happened: "The Duke lacrosse case was front page news everywhere, professors were signing statements of protest, another professor threatened to resign in protest when the students were readmitted to Duke when found innocent. Could it be the liberal media and professors are as afraid of the gay lobby as Obama is, since this could harm the gay adoption activists?"

Radio host Rush Limbaugh commented today on the apparent double standard, stating, "Did you hear there has been an actual rape at Duke University? An actual rape in Durham, North Carolina. It's not a phony one. Not a false charge. An actual rape. A guy sold his adopted 5-year-old son to a sex practitioner. A 5-year-old kid, yeah. There's a problem with this, too, because the guy is gay, a gay adoption.

"This is why you haven't heard about it. This does not fit the template. A false charge of rape at Duke when you had the poor, black, down-on-her-luck dancer and the rich, white, lacrosse players, oh, that fit the template. They were guilty before any evidence. This you haven't heard about because this doesn't fit the template here of what we're trying to accomplish."

The silence is reminiscent of the 1999 homosexual rape and murder of 13-year-old Jesse Dirkhising of Prairie Grove, Ark. Many news agencies across the nation ignored coverage...

Storm brewing over 'biology-based' locker rooms

Commission to talk over school accommodations for 'transgenders' February 27, 2010 - www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=126337

By Michael Carl © 2010 WorldNetDaily

Should "George" be allowed to play alongside "Cindy" and "Cathy" on a girls basketball team and then later accompany them into the privacy of a locker room or shower facility that formerly was "biology-based"?

That's the question that will be addressed Monday when the Maine Human Rights Commission meets to talk about "transgendered" students.
Guidelines have been proposed that would specify what commission officials believe all schools must do to make accommodations for any biological boy who asserts he's female, or biological girl who asserts she's male.
Under discussion will be the suggested guideline:
Transgender students must be allowed access to bathrooms that correspond with their gender identity or expression or, if they prefer, to existing single stall bathrooms.

With respect to locker rooms and shower facilities that involve undressing in front of others, transgender students must be provided with accommodations that meet their needs and that take into]account the legitimate privacy concerns of all student involved.
Steve Martin, host of the Aroostook Watchmen Radio Program, said the proposed guidelines go far beyond what the people in Maine were promised when the 2005 human rights law passed.
"The 2005 law was written to add sexual orientation as a protected class and what the law also covers is public accommodation," Martin said.

"We were assured that the law would not apply to schools or anything other than the workplace, but the language doesn't read that way. So you can't, as we've all learned, go by what a politician says," Martin said...

A lobbyist for a homosexual organization argued that "an anatomy or biology-based rule for bathroom usage cannot be used to bar transgender students from using a facility consistent with their gender identity."

Even with the disclaimers to the contrary, Aroostook Watchmen host Steve Martin said that like every other regulatory body, the HRC guidelines will eventually be enforced as law.
"This is the Human Rights Commission. It's just like any other regulatory body in the state of Maine. It's like the forest service or the game warden. Whatever rules they promulgate, while they're not lawmaking in the standard sense, it's regulatory law that can indeed be applied to individuals," Martin said.

"If there's a suit brought for example by a little girl who's not happy that a fully naked little boy is in her shower stall with her, then she can be sued for sexual harassment if she complains about that. That's my understanding of where this is all going," Martin said.

Paul Madore of the Maine Grassroots Coalition says that in reality, the guidelines are already law.
"As a matter of fact the issues of gender identity are already law. They were made law by the statute in 2005, so the meat of the guidelines is already in place," Madore said.

The restroom and shower portion of the guidelines is what concerns the Maine Schoo Management Association. In a letter obtained by the Maine Family Policy Council, association spokesman Bruce Smith writes that the guidelines push the issue even farther than the text of the statute.
"None of these provisions can be found in the language of the Human Rights Act regarding sexual orientation discrimination in education or public accommodations," Smith wrote.

In another section of the letter, Smith wrotes, "The guidance you have proposed extends this law far beyond its text, and in a manner that fundamentally conflicts with long-standing policies and practices, especially regarding use of bathrooms and locker rooms and participation in sports...

Martin believes that the commission's role in the process and the extension of the statute by guidance is intentional because the guidelines will eventually become either regulations or the law.
"We fully believe that the guidelines will indeed be promulgated as regulations that will have the force of law. We believe the Human Rights Commission has every intention of doing that," he said.
Martin said he believes the language for the guidelines was forced on Maine from the outside.

"These are not rule-making decisions that are coming from inside the state of Maine. The rules that are about to be considered on Monday, were lifted directly, cut and pasted, copied, from the GLAD offices in Boston. So these aren't even rules that were created here in Maine. They're being forced on us from the outside," Martin said...

Madore has little confidence the proposals will be derailed.
"We're accustomed to dealing with the commission. They fully intend to get what they want because it's the goal of the legal system to accept homosexuality as normal. The only way out of this is to repeal the sexual orientation law," Madore said.

"However, the Monday meeting is simply a show to make the people think they have any input into the process," Madore said.
The current push apparently started over a commission decision last year that found a school in Orono, Asa Adams School, discriminated against a boy by denying him access to the girls' restroom.

The ripples from that ruling now are being felt. According to documents obtained in the state, the University of Maine already is expressing alarm.
A letter from the university office of equal opportunity noted, "There will likely be cases in which allowing a transgender student to participate in gender-segregated sports in accordance with the gender identity or expression will raise legitimate concerns about fairness in competitive interscholastic sports. …"

Currently, Colorado, Iowa, Washington state, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco have rules, policies or laws dealing with transgender restroom accommodations. The Maine rules would make Maine the first state in the U.S. to adopt the policies for elementary and secondary school students and the first to extend the rules to private and sectarian schools.

WND has reported on the Christian Civic League of Maine's call for the public to contact state legislators and oppose imposition of the regulations.

    Disney disregards ex-homosexuals

    Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 3/12/2010

The Walt Disney Company has declined a motion to add former homosexuals to its sexual orientation and non-discrimination policy and diversity training, a measure that would have meant protections for those who have left that lifestyle.

Greg Quinlan, director of Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays (PFOX), presented the resolution at the recent annual shareholders meeting in San Antonio. But he explains that Disney board chairman John E. Pepper "responded in saying that the current policies were very inclusive and were very broad and that they could not lift every possible nuance to come."

But, since the days of Michael Eisner as CEO, several so-called "nuances" have been added "where they included transsexuals, transvestites, as well as gay, lesbian and bisexual," Quinlan adds. "Transexual, transvestite is...still considered a mental health disorder," he notes.

That is also in accordance with the diagnostic manual used by most mental health professionals. But those who have left the homosexual lifestyle are, in effect, placed in a closet, says Quinlan. "Well, they don't want to recognize anyone's right of self-determination -- and that was the point," the PFOX director notes.

The resolution did not carry the required three-percent vote to be considered again next year, but PFOX does not plan to give up the fight.

Quinlan stresses that years ago, many Christians sold their Disney stock out of objection to pro-homosexual policies, and he believes that Christians ought to retain ownership so they can exercise a more powerful voice in corporate affairs.

    Not your mother's Girl Scouts
    Bryan Fischer-Focal Point 3/12/2010

    Warning: explicit content!

I never imagined the day would come when I would have to issue a content alert when talking about Girl Scout literature, but sadly that day has arrived.

The Girl Scouts celebrate their 98th anniversary today (March 12), having been founded by Juliette Low, the former fiancee of Sir Robert Baden Powell, the founder of the Boy Scouts in 1912.

Here is the longstanding Girl Scout oath: "On my honor, I will try: to do my duty to God and my country, to help other people at all times, to obey the Girl Scout laws."

Well, the new and improved World Association of Girl Scouts and Girl Guides hosted a panel at the UN this week. The first thing organizers did was kick all the adults out of the room so that Planned Parenthood could distribute - to adolescent girls, mind you - a brochure entitled, "Healthy, Happy and Hot."

The brochure includes graphic and explicit sexual details, and promotes every kind of casual sex. Here's a charming excerpt:

"Sex can feel great and can be really fun! Many people think sex is just about vaginal or anal intercourse… But, there are lots of different ways to have sex and lots of different types of sex. Sex can include kissing, touching, licking, tickling, sucking, and cuddling. Some people like to have
aggressive sex, while others like to have soft and slow sex with their partners. There is no right or wrong way to have sex. Just have fun, explore and be yourself!"

In case that wasn't enough information for these impressionable young girls, the brochure leaves little to the imagination:

“Improve your sex life by getting to know your own body. Play with yourself! Masturbation is a great way to find out more about your body and what you find sexually stimulating. Mix things up by using different kinds of touch from very soft to hard. Talk about or act out your fantasies. Talk dirty to them.”

The pamphlet even includes a helpful section on how to prepare for sex when you know you're planning to get drunk first.

Where all this fits with the "doing my duty to God" and "help(ing) other people at all times" was apparently never explained.

The Girl Scouts, in other words, seem determined to aid and abet the girls in their charge to find as many ways as humanly possible to violate the organization's time-honored oath.

In response to the disastrous moral drift of the Girl Scouts, Patty Garibay, a former Girl Scout leader, founded American Heritage Girls in 1995. Their oath? "I promise to love God, Cherish my family, Honor my country, and Serve in my community."

What sets them apart from the Girl Scouts is that when American Heritage Girls take the oath, they actually mean it. And the adults in their world are committed to help them live up to it.

The Homo-Anal Coprophile 'lifestyle' is simultaneously one of the worst pathological nightmares of depravity and disease spread - and also the target of a promotion campaign in the schools targeting Boys (no similar programs encouraging Girls to engage in Hetero-Anal behaviors) in the service of Misandry - The Hatred of Men, Masculilnity and Normal Heterosexuality.

Because after all, if you destroy the Boy, the Man never grows... And that is what is known as 'tolerance'...

News just keeps getting worse for homosexuality
    3/18/2010 by Bryan Fischer

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is not a part of the vast, right-wing conspiracy, religious or otherwise. It is tasked with disease control and prevention, and reports the stubborn facts about an array of health problems.

A data analysis released today by the CDC finds that homosexuals have an HIV infection rate that is more than 44 times higher than that of sexually normal men.

Forty-four times the rate of infection - for a deadly virus that kills its hosts.

Further, the rate of syphilis infection among men who have sex with men (MSM) is an astonishing 46 times higher than that among sexually normal men.

Says Kevin Fenton, M.D., of the CDC, "[T]his analysis shows just how stark the health disparities are between this and other populations."

The FDA, which again is not the research arm of the American Family Association or the Family Research Council, says that the prevalence of HIV infections among MSM is 60 times higher than in the general populace. It is for that reason that a man who has had sex with another man even one time since 1977 is not allowed to donate blood.

Don't miss this. For a man to have sex with another man poses so much danger to the nation's health that if a man has had sex even one, single, solitary time with another man in the last 33 years, he cannot be allowed to give blood. The risk of imparting a lethal infection through a tainted blood supply is simply too high.

The FDA reports that the second highest risk group for HIV/AIDS is found among intravenous drug abusers. Bottom line: homosexual behavior is even more dangerous than injection drug use. Neither should be accepted, promoted, honored, endorsed, sanctioned or given special protections in law.

The FDA also reports that since the AIDS epidemic began in 1977, an astonishing 91% of all afflicted males contracted it through having sex with man or through drug injection. "Heterosexual AIDS" is a myth.

If there was ever a sexual behavior that deserved to be militantly opposed, in law as well as in public policy, homosexuality is it. It is lethal, it is fatal, and it is the height of callous indifference to tell these men that not only is their behavior okay, we will punish anyone who dares to criticize it.

There is simply no genuine compassion in the hearts of those who would celebrate a lifestyle that consigns its practitioners to death.

Pro-family groups are the ones who are accused of lacking compassion. But note this: we are not calling for homosexuals to be put to death. We're calling for them to get help, and simply saying that homosexual behavior should not be legalized or normalized in any way. It's the same stance we take toward IV drug abuse, and for exactly the same reasons.

Homosexual activists, on the other hand, are handing out death sentences like candy by celebrating behavior that kills. Where is the compassion in that? Pro-family groups are promoting life while homosexualist groups are promoting death.

Zero compassion is being shown by those who cheer as homosexuals march off into the night to sign their own death warrants. The truest compassion is being demonstrated by those who stand athwart history and yell, "Stop!"

The prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the homosexual community is so striking that even homosexual activists are getting the picture and once again claiming this disease as their own. Matt Foreman of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force said exactly that in 2008: "Folks, with 70 percent of the people in this country living with HIV being gay or bi, we cannot deny that HIV is a gay disease."

He added that homosexuals "have to own that and face up to that." Well, they're not the only ones who have to face up to that. Our entire culture does, including the military. The military is on track to normalize behavior that decimates those who engage in it. The potential impact on military readiness is clear.

The health care costs to infected soldiers will represent an enormous drain on taxpayer resources. Further, soldiers in combat situations must be able to donate blood to save the life of an injured comrade. This means that homosexual soldiers are non-deployable. No homosexual can be sent into combat because his donated blood could kill his fellow solider rather than save him.

It's insanity for our culture - including the military - to normalize such self- and other-destructive behavior. I daresay even the folks at the CDC and the FDA, if they allowed themselves a moment of honesty, would agree.

    ReNeW Respect Between the Sexes

"To me, a gentleman is someone who is honest, patient, respectful, and genuinely cares about others. Ted is all of these and so much more. There is not just one single act that makes him stand out as a gentleman. You can find these characteristics in his actions every day. He will go out of his way to help people and take care of those around him. He is one of the most gentlemanly guys I know."

I had the pleasure of reading over 160 nominations for gentlemen just like Ted. Men who are rejecting the popular college hook-up culture in favor of honor and dignity. Nominations poured in for NeW's Second Annual Gentlemen's Showcase at ASU with 95 individual men appreciated and 105 individual women submitting nominations.

What idea sparked the Showcase? In the fall of 2008, the women of NeW at ASU started discussing how we would counter The Vagina Monologues, a crude play that casts men as oppressors.

We started discussing this question: "Are gentlemen an endangered species?" We joked about hosting a 'man-geant' or hosting an etiquette class. But all kidding aside, there was something compelling at the core of this: radical feminism was deteriorating the relationships between men and women. Our discussion was lighthearted and candid, but we knew we wanted to take it beyond our book club and approach the greater campus audience.

This conversation ultimately evolved into the concept for a Gentlemen's Showcase: a way to honor and appreciate the few good men on campus as well as to prove to women that they do exist.

The event has grown to become something far greater than just saying "thanks" to a few nice guys. While that individual appreciation is still the foundation of the event, I believe the impact can reach beyond college campuses. NeW is taking the positive messages of the Gentlemen's Showcase to a national audience through campus leaders and online communication because the way young people view relationships is important to the future prosperity of our society, families, and communities.
Young women across the country are submitting videos nominating the nation's top campus gentlemen.

A culture shift is possible, and I hope you will join me in "reNeWing" the respect between the sexes...
If you know an outstanding campus gentleman, send NeW his name with your donation, and we will recognize him on our website. We will also send you a video of one of the NeW nominees. May you be encouraged by those young people who fight back against cultural norms and hold fast to their principles.

...Together, we can make a difference in the lives of young women and men across the country who are the future leaders of our communities. Join us today!

    Sincerely,

Scouts Plant Doubts on Abuse (www.frc.org)

Yesterday, the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) took a different oath--this time on the witness stand. As a civil trial kicks off against the BSA in Oregon, all eyes are on hundreds of files recently released by the Scouts that detail case after case of child sexual abuse between 1965 to 1984. The plaintiff in Portland's case is arguing that these documents are evidence of a troubling pattern in the Scouts to cover up incidents of molestation, of which he claims to be a victim. Until recently, those archives had been locked away in the Boy Scouts headquarters to protect the confidentiality of their members.

Although the BSA was not justified in hiding this information, it does show that they weren't arbitrarily opposed to homosexual scout leaders when they banned them from serving in the late 1990s (a decision that the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed in June of 2000).

Far from being intolerant, the Scouts took the necessary steps to cut down on the episodes of sexual abuse that had been plaguing the Association since the middle of last century.

For years, the Scouts have taken a public beating from the Left--all because it was trying to create membership criteria in the best interest of their kids' safety.

Re: Radical Homosex Attack on BOYS!

    The gathering storm
The scandal of sexual abuse by priests in Europe is distracting us from an even bigger scandal in the future, one which the media helped to create.

Media coverage of sexual abuse by Catholic priests in Europe is being formatted according to the Watergate template: sensational crimes, decades-long cover-ups, dogged reporters, denials from official hacks, half-apologies from quivering bureaucrats, threads leading to the dark lair of lies and obstruction. Only Deep Throat is missing.

“Abuse Scandal in Germany Edges Closer to Pope” was the headline in the New York Times a week ago. The Times has even set up a special blog to track and interpret the unfolding story.

Day by day, the drumbeat grows louder. Earlier this week the media’s favourite atheist, Christopher Hitchens, bundled together a handful of yellowing newspaper clippings and packaged it as a sulphurous attack in the on-line magazine Slate: “The pope's entire career has the stench of evil about it.”

Tomorrow Benedict XVI is to publish a letter to the Irish Catholic bishops about the horrendous scandal there. No doubt this will prompt more speculation about whether sexual abuse in Germany will be the Pope’s Watergate, about whether he will be forced to resign, about whether the Catholic Church will have to abandon its tradition of clerical celibacy.

The scandal of clergy who sexually abused children is diabolically real. It has to be confronted humbly and courageously by the bishops who run the Catholic Church. Clergy who are found guilty should be punished. Higher-ups who shielded them should resign.

There is no doubt that Pope Benedict is ready to take a tough line on this. After all – contrary to what Hitchens claims – it was he who established clear guidelines and he has enforced them sternly. On several occasions he has spoken of the “deep shame” he feels at revelations that some priests had betrayed their calling and preyed upon innocent children. When he addressed American bishops in 2008 he spoke with a hint of sarcasm, quoting their own words to say that the crisis had been “sometimes very badly handled”.

But it’s important to remember that these scandals relate to priests who offended decades ago. Wannabee Woodwards and Bernsteins are deflecting attention from the crisis that is happening right now, a crisis from which the media is averting its eyes, just as the bishops did 30 years ago, a crisis in which they play an active role.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel got it right this week. She denounced sexual abuse of minors as “a despicable crime” but refused to single out the Catholic Church for special criticism. "Let's not oversimplify things,” she said. “We need to speak about [changing] the statute of limitations, we can address the idea of compensation, but the main issue is that this is a major challenge for our society."

The huge, unreported story is that we are in denial about a widespread, deliberate, systemic encouragement of people not to control their sexuality. It’s as if a health department allowed witch doctors and Reiki therapists to edge out surgeons. Or as if a defence department allowed its tanks to rust.
Fundamental principles of a civilized society like sexual restraint, fidelity in marriage, and nurturing families, are being undermined. The mind-numbing list of politicians caught with their pants down, the tsunami of pornography, sky-rocketing teen sex – all these are warning bells about the consequences of creating a hyper-sexualised culture.

Just take this week’s announcement by an Australian company that it had sold the licensing rights to a testosterone roll-on underarm deodorant to boost men’s flagging sex drive for US$335 million to pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly.

Or the news that the International Planned Parenthood Federation recently gave girl scouts a glossy pamphlet encouraging them to have “lots of different ways to have sex and lots of different types of sex”.

Or the UK government’s new guidelines for sex education for children as young as five.

If a priest had suggested these ideas, they would have been called grooming. And in fact, they are grooming -- for a lifetime of commercial exploitation. What kind of society are we creating if we actively encourage children to treat sex as entertainment and encourage men to remain in a constant state of arousal? Sex is not a toy. Without clear moral standards, it is a natural passion which easily becomes an unnatural addiction. Does anyone seriously believe that in 30 years’ time there will be less sex abuse after giving children classroom lessons in how to masturbate?

Of all our social institutions, it seems that only the Church realizes that a crisis is brewing for which we are going to pay dearly in the years ahead. As Benedict told American bishops:

Children deserve to grow up with a healthy understanding of sexuality and its proper place in human relationships. They should be spared the degrading manifestations and the crude manipulation of sexuality so prevalent today.
They have a right to be educated in authentic moral values rooted in the dignity of the human person... What does it mean to speak of child protection when pornography and violence can be viewed in so many homes through media widely available today?

Contrary to the impression conveyed in the media, the Catholic Church has been incredibly successful in teaching its priests how to control and channel their sexuality. There are 400,000 celibate priests in the world. The number who have been accused of sexual misconduct is a minuscule fraction, even though the Pope surely feels that a single failure is too many.
True, bishops and priests should rend their garments in shame for the bestial crimes of their associates. But that must not keep them from warning the world about the next abuse crisis.

Re: Radical Homosex Attack on BOYS!

The Pelosicrats and their 'water carriers' in the main steam media have been wagging their moral fingers at the citizens with considerable ferocity lately, siezing the high moral ground as it were - if only to let their sewage flow down hill upon the rest of us...

Mike Adams recent column in Townhall highlighted the Hypocrisy around the Homosex Abuse Scandal of Democrat Congressman Massa, and the failure of 'CHINO' Nancy to do what she demands of others.
Of course 'do as I say, not as I do' is not all that unusual in politics, particularly for a latte leftist carpet bagger from the Baltimore Democrat Machine now roosting comfortably in Sodom by the Sea
(*Ohso Note - For them furriners what dont know nuthin, Pelosi is the Speaker of the US House, and Senator Kennedy (teddy - the Democrat 'lion of the senate'. recently deceased) killed a woman in a car wreck and left her to drown while he saved his political skin.)

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >

    Yes Massa
    - By Mike Adams (Townhall)
...Nancy Pelosi says that health reform is a moral issue. It is. And I am glad to hear her lecture on moral issues. I haven’t heard a decent moral lecture from Pelosi since the fall of 2006. Then, she lectured my party on its failure to rein in Representative Mark Foley of Florida. She said then that the GOP “just doesn’t get it” and that we are completely “out of touch” for an alleged failure to adopt a zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment – or in this case hisassment.

But as I turn the channel I see former Representative Eric Massa confessing to groping staffers in a drunken stupor – in public no less. I’m not exactly tickled blue as I recall Nancy Pelosi saying (of Foley) that members of Congress should be held to a higher moral standard. But I must confess that I’m looking forward to Massa’s new book – “The Audacity of Grope” – which, hopefully, will outsell Pelosi’s most recent moral treatise.

It hardly comes as a surprise that just after Massa confessed his homoerotic drunken "tousle" on national television we learn this little gem: Numerous servicemen have accused Massa of groping them while serving in the U.S. Navy.
In all likelihood, Nancy Pelosi has known about Massa’s behavior for quite some time. But she could not comment on such conduct at a time when liberals are trying to convince us there’s nothing wrong with letting gays serve openly in the military.

Nancy knows when it’s time to push legislation, regardless of public support - especially when it represents an “important moral issue.”

I found myself flipping through the channels to get away from all the madness after the obviously gay ex-congressman Massa starting suggesting that his political opponent
(White House Chief of Staff) Rahm Emanuel is gay – and somehow guilty of touching people inappropriately in a state of total nudity.

But all I found was a rant from an obviously mentally unstable and intoxicated Patrick Kennedy. Listening to Patrick Kennedy lecture the press on its failure to cover important issues – instead of the Massa groping controversy – does not inspire confidence in the potential of Democrats to pass “moral” health care legislation. But I must admit that Kennedy had a point about Eric Massa. There’s no evidence he drove anyone off a bridge after he finished fondling his staff.

Re: Radical Homosex Attack on BOYS!

The nightmare of 'ObamAcorn-Care' (along with the Thought Crime 'Pedophile Protection Act) not only has trashed what little remains of the Constitution, but also uses tax money to fund all manner of Hateful Misandrist and Child Pimp pogroms, as well supporting as the worship houses of the left better known as abortuaries. One example amongst many is found in the story by kevin McCullough on Towhnall:

    http://townhall.com/columnists/Kevin...for_pedophiles

    Obamacare - Viagra for Pedophiles

If last week's historic federal graft wasn't enough... If last week's groundbreaking request by President Obama for a t-shirt with the "F" word "emblazoned" upon it didn't do the job... If Bart Stupak's drowning in his $52 million dollars worth of requests for illegal pork for his district didn't suitably offend...
Then "never fear, because the worst of Obamacare is finally here!" At least I hope it's the worst. Who can actually know...

Because nestled in the inner mush that is the new health care reform law that President Obama has been lying about to live audiences, (oh yes, I said lie--he's been claiming children with pre-existing conditions are covered, but oops--his fellow progressives forgot to include that! Imagine how that will play with the Congressional Budget Office's numbers...) buried deep inside the Congressional stew, is an unwillingness to ban Obamacare dollars from going to provide erectile dysfunction drugs for convicted pedophiles.

Without medical doctor Sen. Tom Coburn's amendment, there is no specific language to prevent Obamacare dollars from being used in such a fashion. And after the vote to reconcile, the law becomes, and shall stand as an open door to provide convicted pedophiles with sexual performance enhancing drugs.

So now, under federal law, because of votes by lawmakers who defied you in voting the 2700 page fiasco through to the President's desk, our tax dollars may be used to help convicted rapists, those who've committed sexual assault, and serial pedophiles to have sexual performance enhancing drugs provided to them.
It would seem sad, except for the fact that the Senate's only medical doctor, seemed to warn us all that it could happen...

Since Tuesday of last week, we have daily awakened only to find program after program, policy after policy, bribe after bribe, and dishonesty upon dishonesty in a bill that was supposed to balance the budget, be completely transparent, and lift Americans out from underneath the crushing costs of less competition, tighter regulations, and more centralized control.
Turns out, it was all a lie...

But Viagra for child rapists... now that's a horizon I don't think anyone saw coming.
Except of course... for Dr. Tom Coburn!

Clergy Sexual Abuse Study: It's Time for Common Sense
John-Jay Report dismissal of role of homosexuality in abuse cases disputed

By: Louie Verrecchio April 1, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Here we go again. The skeletons of clergy sexual abuse are once again being resuscitated by ambitious lawyers and finding sensational new life in a secular media that is increasingly uninterested in reporting the facts.

Now don't get me wrong; the instances of abuse themselves are absolutely reprehensible; that much is indisputable. As Cardinal Ratzinger said of these terrible transgressions shortly before becoming pope, "How much filth there is in the church, even among those who, in the priesthood, should belong entirely to God."

Whenever the root cause of this "filth" is discussed, faithful Catholics need to pay close attention as those who are less interested in cleansing the Church than attacking her moral foundation make themselves known through their actions.

Sometimes it's entirely predictable, as when increasingly irrelevant liberal dissenters like Richard McBrien and Hans Kung perform logical gymnastics in to avoid the 300 pound homosexual elephant in the room, but when we see indications that the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops might be inclined to join them on the balance beam of political correctness, that's another story.

At the USCCB Fall General Assembly in Baltimore in November of 2009, the bishops received a preliminary briefing from researchers of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice on a report they commissioned in 2006 for insight into the clergy sex abuse scandal.

According to the original research proposal, one of the study's stated objectives is to "understand, on an individual level, how priests with allegations of sexual abuse differ from other priests."

According to Catholic News Service, Margaret Smith, one of two John Jay researchers to address the Fall Assembly, gave the bishops a sense for where the study is heading, saying, "At this point, we do not find a correlation between homosexual identity and the increased likelihood of subsequent abuse," she said.

This raises some obvious questions, but before we examine the implications of Ms. Smith's statement, let's considers what we know about the victims of the clergy sex abuse as reported by third party sources.

In a 2002 study conducted by USA Today, it was determined that of the 234 priests that have been accused of sexual abuse of a minor while serving in the nation's ten largest dioceses, 91 percent of the allegations involved male victims. [1]

The Boston Globe reported similar findings in 2003 saying, "Of the clergy sex abuse cases referred to prosecutors in Eastern Massachusetts, more than 90 percent involve male victims, and the most prominent Boston lawyers for alleged victims of clergy sexual abuse have said that about 95 percent of their clients are male." [2]

Also noteworthy is research conducted by Dr. Thomas Plante of the Department of Psychology at Santa Clara University who found that 80 - 90 percent of the alleged victims of abuse were post-pubescent adolescent boys - not prepubescent children - meaning that the abusers in these cases "are not pedophiles at all but are ephebophiles" (i.e. they demonstrate a sexual attraction to mid-to-late adolescents). [3]

Now let's consider Ms. Smith's assertion that heterosexual priests are just as likely to commit abuse as homosexual priests. If she is correct, we should expect the ratio of priests accused of abusing post-pubescent females to those accused of abusing post-pubescent males to mirror the demographics of the priesthood as a ratio of heterosexuals to homosexuals.

So, do the researchers at John Jay College really mean to imply that some 90% of the priesthood in the U.S. is homosexual?

The question alone is so preposterous as to border on the offensive, but 9:1 is the ratio of priests accused of abusing adolescent males to those accused of abusing adolescent females. Applying this same ratio to the sexual orientation of the priest population as a whole is simply the logical extension of Ms. Smith's assertion that both groups present an equal risk of abuse.

If, as I assume, Ms. Smith and her colleagues do not mean to imply that homosexual priests outnumber their heterosexual counterparts 9 to 1, it's only common sense to expect the USCCB to demand a plausible explanation for the overwhelming preponderance of male victims.

Karen Terry, a colleague of Ms. Smith who also addressed the USCCB assembly, may have preempted questions concerning the small percentage of female victims when she cautioned the bishops, "Even though there was sexual abuse of many boys, that doesn't necessarily mean that the person had a homosexual identity."

"It's important to separate the sexual identity and the behavior," she continued. "Someone can commit sexual acts that might be of a homosexual nature but not have a homosexual identity."

Excuse me? If researchers don't consider an adult male's sexual attraction to a teenaged boy a flashing neon sign for homosexuality, then I'm not entirely sure I want to know what they do consider proof.

Undaunted in their effort to explain the homosexual connection away, however, Ms. Terry said that greater access to boys is one of the reasons for the skewed ratio of male victims, and Ms. Smith even went so far as to raise the analogy of homosexual activity among prison populations as supporting evidence.

One cannot help but be outraged by this transparent attempt to gloss over the obvious link between homosexuality and the incidence of clergy sexual abuse,
but far more troubling than this is the fact that the USCCB should have known that this is exactly what it was going to get even before it earmarked $1 Million for the John Jay back study in 2005.

Writing in First Things Magazine in 2004, Fr. Richard John Neuhaus made the following observation:

"In its report and its February 27 presentation, the John Jay team was manifestly nervous about the homosexuality factor. The woman making the slide presentation at the National Press Club skipped over the data on adolescent males in a nanosecond. A perhaps jaundiced network reporter remarked afterwards about the downplaying of the homosexuality factor, 'Remember that the John Jay people have to go back and get along in New York City.'" [4]

In that same article, Fr. Neuhaus said that the USCCB's very own Nation Review Board had also made note of the problem:

"The John Jay report notes that the proportion of victims who were male increased in the 1960s and reached 86 percent in the '70s, remaining there through the 1980s. In a footnote, the NRB report responds to the frequent obscuring of the homosexual factor by reference to 'ephebophilia.' The authors write, 'The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association (IV) does not recognize ephebophilia as a distinct disorder. Ephebophilia is thus not a disorder in the technical sense, but rather a newly coined descriptive term for homosexual attraction to adolescent males.'" [ibid]

While it is prudent to withhold ultimate judgment on the value of the John Jay study until the final report is published in December 2010, it's not too soon for the faithful Catholics who are footing the bill for that $1 Million research grant to let their bishops know that we will not accept unsubstantiated claims in return for our hard earned money.

It's time to let our bishops know that we expect well-documented correct information, not political correctness. We want the "filth" cleaned out of the Church; and we will not tolerate any attempt to sweep it under the carpet.

Let me be clear - I am utterly convinced that the overwhelming majority of our bishops, just like us, are determined to identify the true underlying cause of clergy sexual abuse no matter how politically incorrect that discovery may be. But I am equally as convinced that only the naïve simply assume that the same can necessarily be said of the bureaucratic entity known as the USCCB.

Time and again the USCCB has demonstrated that it has a personality all its own; a group-think tendency toward political correctness and watered down rhetoric that is all-too-often at odds with the bishops individually. The remedy is for us to encourage our faithful shepherds to wrest control of the bureaucracy and to demand, along with us, that the light of truth be shined on this problem - political correctness be damned.

For instance, we need our bishops to demand that the John Jay researchers substantiate their claims by providing convincing evidence - not just rhetoric - which unequivocally demonstrates that a very large percentage of the abuse cases actually involved instances of heterosexual priests molesting adolescent boys.

This means that the bishops must insist that the final report provide rock solid demographic data concerning "sexual identity" in the priesthood; since anything less means that claims of "no correlation existing between homosexual identity and the increased likelihood of subsequent abuse" are built on mere assumption and are therefore utterly worthless. Think about it; if the John Jay researchers don't know with a high degree of certainty how many priests are actually homosexual, there is absolutely no way they can speak with any authority whatsoever about the relationship between homosexual identity and the incidence of clergy sex abuse.

The simple truth is this; the information offered thus far by Ms. Smith and Ms. Terry is so entirely inconsistent with the cases of reported abuse as we know them on the one hand, and common sense on the other, that it can't help but raise substantial red flags. The time to insist on real answers is now, not after the John Jay report is delivered and endlessly spun to the advantage of homosexual activists and ecclesial dissidents the world over.

You may make your concerns known by contacting your local bishop, or you may write to Cardinal Francis George - President of the USCCB at 3211 4th Street, N.E., Washington DC 20017-1194.

Above all, we must pray for our shepherds, that that they will be unimpeded in their desire to seek the truth and intrepid in making it known for the good of the Church.
