Re: Problems feminism has caused, and the solutions
Problems:
Unfair family and rape courts.
Affirmative action
Widespread misandry in every form of media.
Solutions: Repeal of all gender specific laws.
Repeal no fault divorce (if it's nobody's fault, you need to try harder)
Mandatory joint physical custody of children excepting cases of proven child abuse.
Alimony should only apply for housewives, and should only last for 6 months or until they get a job, whichever comes first. ( I know a few people are gonna disagree here, too bad )
Rape laws should revised to define rape ONLY as the forcing of sexual activity upon a person through violence or threats of such.
Remove all forms of censorship from our culture.

Re: Problems feminism has caused, and the solutions
Feminist has attempted to foist their "matriarchal society" on an unsuspecting public. They even use as an example of the perfect "matriarchal society" as the bonobo monkey. This society is based on no more then encouraged paedophilia, in order to make the system work, not the best example of the society feminist wish for us all.
Please note it has been noted that the pattern of the child molester is characterised by a singular degree of closeness and attachment to the mother. Child molesters have a stronger relationship to their mothers during childhood than that of rapists.
In regards to Bonobo monkeys they have to hide away from chimps and inhabit chimp free zones because they cannot compete with their more aggressive chimp cousins. Feminists see these chimps as the bad male dominated society beating on poor innocent bonobos, forgetting to mention these traits are used to impress the female chimps, female chimps who are attracted to the strong manly chimps (in other words successful male chimps who have competed against other male chimps).
The religion of Feminism drops these facts (male having to compete with males) because the issue then becomes less black and white and it makes it difficult to push their ideology and dogma of the great evils of men and their so called "patriarchy”.
The bonobo society at present is in decline with resources becoming scarce, with greater competition with chimps and humans destroying their habitat, extinction is on the cards.
Sexual intercourse plays a major role in Bonobo society, being used as a greeting, a means of conflict resolution and post-conflict reconciliation, and as favours traded by the females in exchange for food. Sexual activity happens within the immediate family as well as outside it, and often involves adults and children, even infants.
But I suppose if it’s the feminists calling the shots on who can have sex with their children then paedophile or feminism is all right in their eyes. Though as the years roll by the feminist seem to be citing the bonobos less and less, hopefully they will do the same about their victimhood and as they are the only ones who have have experiences that they insist society address, but men only have problems that have to be eradicated.

Ann Coulter is mental.
Al Franken is about 1% as smart as he thinks he is.
Sorry, just 2 cents.

Re: Problems feminism has caused, and the solutions
yea, right. Both of them advocate females staying home in the private sphere and allowing men to run the public sphere. NOT.
Candy Rics and Ann Coulter are both conservative feminists. They may be anti-abortion, but they demand to participate in all the successes of 1st and 2nd wave feminism. Coulter, for example, was very outspoken agaisnt allowing Elian Gonzales to return to his FATHER. She opposes the rights of fathers, prefering state control over fathers. Classic feminism.

Re: Problems feminism has caused, and the solutions
TerraI'm not a fan of quotas, either. I've studied the five models of affirmative action in detail. Quotas, in my opinion, or harmful: they increase discrimination and prejudice rather than eliminating them.
Hurrah!Thats means you are like most people who just want basic decency and fairness.
Most feminists find employment in commissions and the like which promote equality - via affrirmitive action.
So I dont understand your attachment to feminism. I think if you will find it is a hinderance to freedom of thought. It gets into your thinking and as an ideology it has nothing to offer but subjectivism. Many many women have left it behind because they found it dour, repressive and intolerant of dissent of any sort.
I should say for myself, I dont speak for others I dont call myself a "mens rights activist" or a "masculist "or anything. To me such labels are restricting.
I am also interested in animal welfare for instance. So labels are tiresome and partisan.feminism is a disease the Doc is working on a cure. Symptoms include compulsive liar, constant aggression, allergic to logic, often affects women who are fat with short hair and big earings, but can be normal looking.
Reason tablets three taken daily. If the sufferer displays shaming tactics double the dose. Remarkably the illness disappears in disaster zones.

Re: Problems feminism has caused, and the solutions
Great question Tera.
Well I think first off we need to repeal gender specific laws because there can be no equality so long as one gender is favored in the law over the other.
Second we have to fix family courts I would prefer this be done first so I can be a father to my children but I think the laws need to be gender neutral in order to make the transition to a fair family court more efficient.
Child custody should be joint whenever possible excluding PROVEN abuse or if the parents live too far apart.
Third we need to teach children to respect each other not a gender. IE "boys don't hit girls" instead it needs to be "we don't hit each other"
We can educate children to appreciate the strengths of other people and let boys know that they are not going to grow up to be horrible human beings like so many of us were taught as children.
Those are a few suggestions I hope this answered your question. If you have any questions for me feel free to pm me.Chevalier.

One can inherit property or simply get a mortgage to buy it. It can be won or traded. One good filter would be to only allow owners of real property to vote.
Nothing about 'property' today merits a vote. It says little or nothing about the owner's fitness to vote.
She asked great questions quite often.Great question Tera. When in need of a drink to fill the soul
