Help me, AM!
I have a Facebook friend who posted on his status that his mom is making him get circumcised. Now, obviously, I can see that this isn't right. It's no one's choice to make but his own if he gets circumcised or not. Part of me wants to call this child abuse.
But I'm not sure what I can do. I don't know him well, and he does not live in my area. He is a teen, but I'm not sure if he is over 18 or under it. If he's over 18, it is certainly illegal for his mom to force him to get circumcised. But if he's under 18, I'm not sure if he can legally refuse. Is it illegal for a parent to force their child under 18 to get a medical procedure? What's more, I don't know if he was joking or if reaching out to him would embarrass him.
I sent him a PM to question the legality of what his mom was doing, but I'm not sure what else to do.And for woman's maintenance, man commits his body

Re: Help me, AM!
Have him tell the doctor he does not want one. Many doctors will not do it if he clearly states he does not want one and is being forced by his mother to get one.

Totally agree with Chev.
He must refuse to comply. If he's under 18 his mother is either a religious fanatic or child-abuser.
What if he want's to comply, just to feel "normal"??
One of my Asian sons actually asked my permission for "tuli" - (splitting rather than severing the foreskin), I still said no.
His mother said the he might be taunted in his adult life for not being like everybody else. What's more she hinted that, as an adult, he would eventually blame me for his "disability".
To my twelve-year-old son I could only say this: "If you really want to follow ancient tribal values, get your nose pierced and wear a chicken bone or a sliver of bamboo". If you eventually become a successful doctor, lawyer or politician your nose would be a handicap.
If your penis has been mutilated, you could still succeed; only your wives and mistresses would know but nobody else."
When men are required to make their own way in the world, other men consider only their achievements. They don't normally request a cock-inspection unless they're fanatical terrorists.
There were times in history when circumcision was a badge of manhood in primitive societies and a pathetic one at that. "Kill a lion as an adolescent" is surely more worthy than sacrificing your foreskin as an infant.
Circumcision has doubtful medical value but it has great political clout.
Men, fathers and boy children would never agree to castration - total denial of masculinity.
They might agree with circumcision on medical or religious grounds that are merely 'magical thinking'.
Excuse me, I'm an orthodox Jew, devout Muslim, reactionary Christian/Evangelist or passive Buddhist or just plain nihilist. I agree with much of what you say but unfortunately my cock has no value in that world.

Mutilation.
Tell him to report it to the cops that he is being threatened with sexual assault. Or a Lawyer.

Re: Help me, AM!
I don't think anybody can be physically forced to get any procedure that isn't necessary. The only thing he needs to do is say no to both her and the doctor.
Do not ever suppose that a small group of people can never change the world. INDEED it is the only thing that ever has.
