The short version goes like this: Men in some poorer countries are raped on a daily basis, some so badly they can't eat solid foods and can't sit properly on their bottom due to the excruciating pains they're left in. Doctors, wife's and family leave these men once raped. Organisations (such as the U.N.) that claim to be for humanity ignore the plight of these men because they want to support only female victims of rape and do not want funding for female victims to be 'wasted' on male victims.
