Check out this clip of a flexible OLED: Someone said: phosphorescent OLEDs consume FAR less power than equivalently sized LCD screens. Sometimes its 70% less power. Image quality is superior to LCDs and plasma - sony just displayed a 27" OLED tv at CES and it was considered by many to be the nicest display there. And yes, OLEDs could be built into sunglasses, especially since they are capable of being transparent when not in use. So books and magazines could be like that too I guess. Would it be possible to visit websites if it's connect to the internet? That would be useful. Perhaps you only need one OLED book. With that you would visit websites and databases which would display information and such. ~ A man needs a woman like a lion needs a stove. ~ ~ Women deserve only equal opportunity, not equal outcomes. ~ ~ Men are not collectively "guilty" of anything. ~ ~ Never needing to be pregnant is a blessing. ~ ~ Feminist ideology “men have to respect women, but women have no reason to respect men” ~ ~ Everybody makes choices, and nobody should be entitled to special treatment because of those choices.
