I could tentatively suggest that Chrisistine McIver is an opportunista who's found a new way to exploit all those strong independent women who can't find a sucker to take them on holiday. Being strong and independent, her clients have money to spend.

Feminism, like other service industries, does not create wealth (except that appropriated from men). The money goes around and around.

I hope they enjoy - what was it - "every little bit of the experience'.

Some might argue it's a free market, and if there's a demand it will be met by travel companies eager to court the business. I've heard of many such sexist ventures in scandanavia, usa and japan for example eventually losing money and going out of business. Each and every failure is but poetic justice.

However, I can't help but draw parallels of seperation to those of segregation. Such divisions along racial lines was once termed apartheid (racial). This is merely another form of apartheid based upon gender.

It's interesting to see this chauvinism has permeated into the policies of health clubs, swimming pools, gyms, bars, clubs etc. I believe such - all female -establishments have a "special exemption" which excludes them from being subject to the sex discrimantion act.

This hypocritical immunity merely validates this apartheid and ensures the mutually combative divide between the genders remain, even worsen. 'Men only' establishments are deemed sexist, chauvinistic and misogynistic of course - but 'female-only' aren't sexist, chauvinistic or misandrist. Do you see how the "state sanctioned" hypocritical concepts of definition is based on gender alone!

Another pertinent point, I think women and especially feminists fear men congregating without their restrictive overbearing filtering of their voices. Not to different than the white racist plantation owners of past, fearing "uppity" slaves from congregating. Both fear a revolt.

Women like to insulate their partners from any 'undue influence' which might enable their man from growing a backbone or/and balls. Such uppity notions are usually quashed in the first instance. Hence why women and fems fear men only zones.
