| The second part is very encouraging. It could be a sign that juries have more common sense than self-serving politicians.
'Breach of Trust' is also due for a rethink. "With all my wordly goods I thee endow" was intended as an oath for lifelong partnerships, not for lucrative scams. It's time the legal system grew up.
