This is one type of feminazi law that I hate the most. Forcing the largest companies to have 40-percent female boards and directors? All people should earn such positions regardless of gender! Companies should never be forced to give such high positions to people merely, because they are women.

Forever is a very long time. This will absolutely not last forever. Companies that are affected by such feminazi laws will be hurt by the bad management and decision making of incapable, inferiorly skilled people in the boards of directors. Many of them would with this sexist law get such jobs, not because they are the best suitable, best capable employees or because they really earned it, but merely because they have a vagina and therefore must be in the boards of directors of the largest companies.

Companies that are affected by such sexist laws will therefore lose and fail to compete with other companies who do have the best capable, most experienced people in the boards of directors, regardless of their gender, because they would make far better decisions and management due to their trackrecord and great skills instead of having high functions handed to them on a silver platter due to having a vagina.

This is not a "gender equality law" it's in reality another "female privilege law" disguised as something else.

This is a purely sexist feminazi inspired, female privilege policy that does clearly discriminate against men and all people who would otherwise reach such positions because they actually proved to have the adequate skills and experience for such responsible jobs. Activism needs to be undertaken such as petitions to overturn such sexist laws in Spain and any other country.

This means, in the future in case of government contracts, it is not important which company is cheaper when bidding, but which company has more female employees....

The price/quality is not important anymore.
Important is that the product is made in a company with a higher ratio of female to male employees. Can you believe that?

After this political representatives will have to have 50% women, and this mixed with the already present fact that large political parties have the only say in who they choose to put forward (given they have the real money to have a chance at winning) we will all lose even more of the power of the ballot box. Then will be gay reps and minority reps and with each step the right to vote for whoever you wish becomes less and less.

It is a dark day!
