This chap plays a game of some sort and is paid $29 million pa. It is an obscene amount. That his wife, who doesn't play the game is probably going to get a very large share of it is obscene, too. What a fucked up world. How much does a trooper get for dying for his country? For that matter how much does a five star friggin' General get ? I have tried all my life to leave the place better than I found it. But there are 6 billion other buggers out there messing it up. I am outnumbered. But... He's not a big name over here, but to make that much, he must be a big name in the States, so in a way, that's a good thing, more young boys will learn what women are all about if one of their heroes goes through it, no better way to highlight it for them. A few generations back, and she would have "put up with him" for the sake of their children, it just shows you what our lawyer-filled, quick-fix world has become. | ||||
