Not trying to get off topic, but I checked your site out, John. I'm really glad you have that going though the forums don't seem active these days. I also want to add my voice to others in saying I'm you had to go through the things you talked about.

I don't know how wide-spread the men's movment has become, but I don't think much is going to change until money starts changing hands. We need support out there for male victims. We need to raise awareness and change minds.

We need to be a real movment.

If we can get some real ideas together, I'll donate as much time and money as I can afford and do as much fund raising as I can. But that will take real leadership. If this is already being done somewhere please point me in the direction so I can help. We can't be activists without action, and this is something I believe in.

Thanks for the kind words. There is, in fact, an organization that I recommend donating to in order to effect political change. They have accomplished an enormous amount already, in one particular state legislature. There may also be other lobbying groups that I'm unaware of, and RADAR also does good work at the national level. But most draconian laws are implemented at the state level, and they tend to be even worse than federal laws. The organization I am promoting is the National Family Violence Legislative Resource Center.
