LOL what the f*$%! She needs to suck it up like a "strong woman". She wants almost everything from him without being with him! It's incredible how messed up and ass raped men get in the west with the family/female courts and co.

Three points of contention:

1. She chose not marry and be a 'wife', so has rejected any 'wife' rights.

2. 'Wife's' 'rights' to alimony and maintenance are a scam and sould be totally revised.

3. That, "She got accustomed to a certain very high lifestyle, which she will never be able to afford on her own", is a weak and stupid arguement that should have been knocked over by the Courts many, many years ago. It is simply a lawyers way of ramping up their cut.

I never ceased to be amazed that they are allowed to use that arguement. Who cares what lifestyle she became accustomed to? Just because you become accustomed to something does not entitle you to it. I could hold a job where I became accustomed to awesome benefits, paid vacation, high wages...once the job terminates, should the company still be obligated to provide me with those perks simply because I became accustomed to them? When circumstances change, your situation changes along with it...that's just life.

I got accustomed to a certain lifestyle too when I was married. My ex made a lot more money than me, so perhaps I should sue her for alimoney. OOOOH that's right, it's only for women.
