This is Feminist Communism in action. instead of judging, hiring people based on their skills and competence, they are chosen based on having the right gender in the eyes of Feminist Communists: female = good, male = bad.

So these companies are being forced to employ under qualified personal just to stop themselves being dissolved? Stupid!

This woman is a bitch - why couldn't someone assasinate her? We've seen numerous good men taken down early in their presidency, why not this man-hating she beast? Here she would force firms to change overnight to 40% female, meaning that countless qualified males would either have to be axed, or that a hiring freeze on men be put in place until such numbers could be reached. God help them if there are any stay at home moms left in Norway! You might have to start hiring teenage girls to make up the shortfall.

Comply or we shut down your company! Sounds a lot like Hitler to me, and certainly follows his demented mentality of oppressed and oppressor - the mentality of all those foolish enough to embrace the philosophy of socialism. How many men will need to become homeless, so that underqualified women can be thrust into executive positions they don't deserve I wonder? How many more young men will live how many more years with their parents? How low can fertility go?

I have a solution for these companies facing dissolution - pack up your bags and move somewhere else. All of you, pack up all your belongings, and ship all your production elsewhere. Leave Norway and other communist nations to tax and regulate what little remains into oblivion and get the hell out.

I would say that these companies have everything to lose while this kind of mentality dominates, and rather than die the slow death of socialist feminism, (with its inherent steady increase in regulation and taxation), they should just get out now before their clothing selection consists of a half dozen hollowed-out barrels.

And Norwegian men!? They should start fleeing the country in droves. Let the women build, let them create and invent. Let the women carry on the heavy labour and construction work that all societies are built on. If they want the whole sandbox to themselves - leave them to it..

I personally would flee from that level of state oppression at the earliest opportunity.

It's not about finding the best person for the job nor even the best woman. Just lower the standards even further so women can be ever closer to domination. Screw all the men that worked for years to get into position to be promoted based on their merits. Better to lower the standards so women can walk in off the street and be given jobs over men who have worked decades sometimes to get where they need to be. But at least the feminists say it's all about equality.

I have been working on an old school feminist and I love bringing stuff like this to her because I know it goes in the circle being small NZ and all.

From feedback even judges are thinking that they raised their children wrong. lol It seems to be the discussion of the elite in NZ society that things have gone wrong.

But what I need to do next is prove that even if these businesses go overseas because of the pressure they will still be under the EU. That is the bigger picture where the feminists have covered so that no matter where these businesses run, in time they will be subject to this.

What is really funny is that I have friend who swears we as in women will be put back ion the kitchen. Sad for him it won't affect my generation.
