Ridiculous, 12 y.o. girl files a lawsuit against her father, and this was not even a spanking...just grounding out of good reason. I wonder, if the judge would rule the same, if the child is a boy, and the parent the mother. Best solution: Do not produce children - to be father makes no sense... same with marriage...to be a husband makes no sense... For all what you do for wife and children, you might end up alone and get a 'reward' in form of a divorce and the obligation to pay alimony and childsupport up to the end of your life. Interesting to read, that the lawyer for this girl was paid by taxpayers money to file a lawsuit against the father...it's crazy... This is just surreal. The case should have been immediately thrown out and if I were the judge I would have given the daughter some community service time for wasting the courts time and taxpayer's dollars with her spoiled, immature behavior.

This shows clearly that parents are controlled by the state and this is disgusting. Still, no one seems to give a damn.
