Due to technical limitations of the host we're on, I've removed some unnecessary clutter from the site in the hopes of it remaining online more consistently. As Percy said, it is under 'settings' (which takes you to your control panel) which is the default location for it (where I had it was so they could be seen by others too in the hopes others would also use the reputation by following links and repping up those they liked).
The memberlist was somewhat wasteful and thus removed.►My blog / Your Blog

I've never been a fan of the "rep" system.
Adolf Hitler became Chancellor of Germany via "Rep".
I'll give rep if I acknowledge some real insight in a post. It's easier than sending a PM to the poster.
But I don't give a bugger whether I receive rep or not.
In the current gender war, a pissing contest among the troops is counter-productive.
Maybe a poll is needed.

I like the rep system, except for the fact that we have to "spread reputation around", which means sometimes I can't give rep when I really want to.

I would like to see other peoples' rep lists.
I want to see just who gives praise for what. I want to see if I am the only one praising this post or that.
