google search of AM

Does anyone know why only one link shows up when you do a google search on anti misandry with this method: site:www.antimisandry.com In contrast when you search askmen " site:www.askmen.com " it displays many pages with links. AM can be more popular if it's easier to explore with search engines. ~ A man needs a woman like a lion needs a stove. ~ ~ Women deserve only equal opportunity, not equal outcomes. ~ ~ Men are not collectively "guilty" of anything. ~ ~ Never needing to be pregnant is a blessing. ~ ~ Feminist ideology “men have to respect women, but women have no reason to respect men” ~ ~ Everybody makes choices, and nobody should be entitled to special treatment because of those choices. This site doesn't use www. extension, I wrote a htaccess file to redirect any & all www's to rewrite as just http://antimisandry.com/. Note the difference between a google search for antimisandry.com with www and then without www.  No 'www'  With 'www'

Ah, I see. My bad. Open mouth.... Google Results for "site:http://antimisandry.com/": pages 1 - 10 of about 37,400 from antimisandry.com. ------------- Quote:

Okay this does work: site:http://antimisandry.com/ , but what's so beneficial about removing the www ?

No. Most folks aren't trained to type 'www.' every time they do a website search. Spiders just follow links. Search engines don't seem to be having problems either. By all accounts, the www. is actually there in reality - the .htaccess file simply rewrites it to make it appear invisible. Why is the www part such an issue?

I think its better. I just press a (the first letter of the alphabet the beginning, alpha....you know what I mean) and it just says antimisandry yadayada getdaily. All the other links with www come later in the linklist. Its awesome doesn´t even have to bookmark. You rock Marx! Quote:
