Man cleared of rape after court shown phone footage of woman 'actively' taking part in sex | Mail Online
This is first time that i have stared a new thread,so if i screw,i am sure that some chap will walk me through the process.
I have mentioned before in a few posts about the use of video in self-defence cases, were you are accused of some crime or other where the only witness is a women, and how your life and liberty turns into a nightmare,on her word alone.
This chap took a video on a mobile phone while having sex,he was later accused of rape.It seems to me anyway, that he was not videoing the sex act just in case, though i am sure that he is glad that he did.
Even though he had video evidence that she was a willing participent, she still denied that she was,i have not seen the video, but the court did,she was not believed.
The lesson to be learnt from this case is,if you have any contact with a female, record it,or regret that you did not,the equipment,ie video pens and now watches are cheap and are easy to use,and it will save your skin,no man should not be without one of these devices.
This story was brought over from Angry Harry.

Re: Video evidence
This reminds me of a thought that was often in my mind. although I realise its only academic now because I’ve practiced celibacy for 9 years and became evasive whenever a woman expressed she was attracted to me.
I don’t see myself changing, but remember whenever I considered if I could live a ‘normal life’ again I was struck by a deep sense of vulnerability. I remember thinking, ‘never without video surveillance’. I imagined avoiding any sexual or even physical contact except in my house which I would have wired up with several cameras in each room. Pathetic really! But it does seem that I am mentally beyond any normal relationship.
It might be reasonable to think that this is an understandable reaction of being falsely accused of rape/sexual abuse, but I haven’t. It’s just my reaction to the extent of the cultural prejudice that feminism is, and how rape allegations are considered under a kangaroo court mentality.

Re: Video evidence
Yes, not an uncommon stance with a growing number of prudent men.
Certainly a reluctance to sexually engage with modern women isn't at all unfounded, and the thought of what horrors a falsely accused man might face - also totally fizzles the libido.
Battling the purple-headed yogurt slinger (wanking) has never been so popular, riskless and convenient.

The internet has been a lifeboat for men's opposition to the floodings of feminism.
