Funny and true.

I've seen that before, but the message is timeless. So-called "harassment" laws creat three big problems

1. The laws permanently define females as incompetent beings who are not able to create or maintain normal relationships at work.

2. The laws create a hostile work environment for men, harass men constantly, create fear, disrupt communication, reduce work efficiency, and drive men out of jobs that women want to take over.

3. The laws raise the cost of hiring females by reducing overall work efficiency and increasing the risk/cost of settlement of her harassment lawsuits/claims. They drive away the best men employees. A reasonable employer will have to discount wages paid to females to offset his much higher cost of her employment.

Good points Bob.

The same women in my family who wanted women to have highpaying jobs complains about my wife working so many hours(she really doesn't work hard but one day a week while getting paid rather well). They want women to work little while being paid a lot for nothing. No compassion for a man working his life away. So much pity for another female..

Women have long demanded "equal pay" but they never have been willing to do equal work. It's all about "I deserve...."
