She's female - no excuse needed.

Jewell's father, Ricky Ward, said that he had tried to get custody of her but that child welfare officials had rebuffed him. The father of the two boys said something similar.

Now all 3 kids are dead. These two fathers should sue the child welfare office. The officials who denied their requests should at least be fired.

If she was "overwhelmed" it was because there was no father in the home, most likely. Should have kept her legs closed.

That was just a "late term abortion."

I'll never understand how a mother can do this...I'm a mother myself.

The worst that will happen to her is found not guilty by reason an insanity or some cockamamie bs excuse. She will be treated with 'kids gloves'. Oh poor her, something must of happened to make her do this yap yap blah blah blah

If the father would of done this he would of been charged with 3 counts of first degree murder. No shrinks testifying about being 'overwhelmed' 'post partum depression' etc Not to mention it will try to be blamed no doubt on her ex for 'mental infliction' or some bs excuse.

What angers me the most about this horrible tragedy is how easily it could have been prevented. She must have known she was in over her head. She must also have know that she had options. The fathers were both interested in custody, she had family around. Who among them would have turned her away if she had brought them the children and said, 'please take them, I can't take care of them and I'm afraid for their safety'? She could have walked up to ME in the street and said that and I would have taken those kids. It makes me think that women who do this would rather murder their own children then admit to failure or defeat.

Not much chance of that ! The welfare agencies are in cahoots with the feminist push and the feminist courts would never succor any action against the agencies they have virtual impunity and the folk that work in such agencies hate men more than shit

Same tired old story - women kill in cold blood, seemingly knowing full well in a clear state of mind what they are doing but are then declared in law to be "insane" and are automatically deemed to be "not guilty" for this very reason. Then every excuse under the sun is offered for yet another female victim of "circumstances" entirely out of her control. Bloody hell! - they even manage to gather up support groups for these women, no matter how vile and evil their actions, and killing innocent, helpless infants sure has to be the most disgusting and horrific of CRIMES! I don't give a toss about "out of control female hormones bringing on the old "I can't help it" syndrome - I really don't believe that they should be regarded as mitigating circumstances when the victims are all these little innocents who have been denied life! It makes me pig sick, and that's for sure.

Absolutely no such leniency or mitigation is hardly ever, if at all, given in defence of men found guilty of crimes, not even thouse far less serious than those committed by these women.

I really and truly don't know why western societies come clean and set it all out in law, in black and white, no minced words or doublespeak allowed, for all of us to see, official confirmation that our westwern legal systems have two main component parts:

1 Justice for Women - basically innocent until proven guilty;
Sentencing dependent on a range of mitigating circumstances;
jailing only in very extreme cases. In the case of the USA: the
death penalty out of the question altogether no matter what
the crime, and no matter how evil.

2 Justice for Men - basically guilty until proven innocent; even
then may well be presumed guilty in many cases, especially
those of false rape claims. Jailing much more likely.
In the USA far more likely to be subject to the death penalty -
even more so if black and poor; and held in limbo for decades
in said jails until the Justice for Men sees out the ultimate
punishment.

The CPS lesbitches and the agents of Satan in black robes of hell used their typical decision process;

These kids had been beaten for years, and CPS continued to ignore grandmother's pleas and father's demands for custody. The CPS lesbitchs ought to be caught and hung, and the agent of Satan should be impaled.
