Government Moves Against MenÂ’s Rights Site with Â“Extreme PrejudiceÂ”
(Stand Up and Fight or You May Be Next)

The next stage of the conflict with the feminist lead legal & government oligarchy has started in New Zealand. In an effort to suppress menÂ’s rights the government has chosen to enforce Â“with extreme prejudiceÂ” its law prohibiting any criticism of court decisions. This has lead to even the UN making moves to not endorse at least one court case in New Zealand. This is the same Prime Minister Helen lead government that has not allowed a qualified lawyer applicant from receiving his license simply because he is a menÂ’s rights activist.

This case centers on a separated wife who went to a Swedish news outlet and violated this biased New Zealand feminist law in the first place by telling her side only. This story has gone over the airwaves in feminist circles as proof of yet another male abuse case (simply based on the word of the women only) and has been reportedly both distorted and called into question the fatherÂ’s good character.

In response a menÂ’s rights news outlet in New Zealand (MENZ) took issue with this breaking of the law and published a balance answer to the case including some of the fatherÂ’s positions. For this the government has acted in the agenda driven biased way, that we have all come to know, yet this is a further step in political overreach (that any social civil rights activist should be shaking their heads over) and sent the following warning below to this menÂ’s site. Please note how the use of defending the child is used (the modern form of wrapping oneself in the flag), instead of defending the governments right to pick and choose when information is allowed to come out, if at all, and by whom:

I write to alert you of the contents of an article and comments posted on your website menz.org.nz.
The article, titled Â“Dear xxx and xxxÂ”, has been posted by Bevan Berg and can be found at http://www.menz.org.nz/2006/dear-xxx-and-xxx. The article is followed by a comment posted by Mike Paterson on 11 May 2006. The article and comment relate to an unsuccessful application for interim custody.
We consider that information contained in the article and comment is likely to lead to the identification of the children who were at the centre of the proceedings and the parties to the proceedings.
This is in breach of section 139 of the Care of Children Act 2004, which prohibits the publication of any name or particulars likely to lead to the identification of a child who is the subject of proceedings under the Act or parties to the proceedings. A person who publishes details likely to lead to such identification is liable on summary conviction to:
Â· in the case of an individual, either imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or a fine not exceeding $2,000; or
Â· in the case of a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $10,000.
Please note that section 139 of the Care of Children Act does allow persons to publish reports of proceedings as long as the report does not include identifying details. The prohibition on publishing identifying details is to protect the privacy of children involved in proceedings.
We request that the article and comment be removed from your website immediately. To avoid any further action being taken, please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm by 11 July 2006 that you have actioned our request.

The next stage is now underway in attempting to shut down menÂ’s sites, through this indirect agenda driven and selectively enforced laws to only be enforced against menÂ’s sites. It is clear that the presumption of innocence is completely gone when men are accused by woman of domestic violence. Notice the way the woman attorney in the video said that a father's angst at being locked out of his children's lives is proof of a pattern domestic abuse that he supposedly perpetrated! That a father would not enjoy his relegation to the status of irrelevancy is seen as proof of his abusiveness!

The idea that a false charge of domestic violence can be used to separate children from their fathers is simply statist. You'd have to believe that children are born to the state and that biological parents are mere caretakers serving at the pleasure of the state, in order to swallow the arguments of the family courts and their defenders, such as the woman in the video and the feminist movement as a whole.

THIS BULLSHIT WILL STOP. In case you are not aware, there is now a Web site that is changing things around for men and fathers. It's called DontMakeHerMad.com, and it promotes the use of hidden and body-worn surveillance devices to prove that men are being falsely accused by viscious and vindictive women. If you live in an abusive relationship with an outrageous and volatile woman who could explode at any moment (or a passive-aggressive woman who could skip town with the kids at any moment, and falsely accuse you of a crime to justify it), then you owe it to yourself to look into this site!

Men who fight the system are now being penalized for fighting it. Unless we can convince the courts and the world that we are innocent -- unless we can show them video and audio footage revealing the true aggressor -- we will face a needlessly prolonged and uphill struggle. It is children who will be the biggest losers, because they have been denied their fathers. We must capture on video and audio what is being done to us -- by our abusive wives, and possibly by court bureaucrats, officials, and magistrates who operate under the cloak of secrecy. RECORD IT ALL NOW. And if the recordings are designated "not admissible" as evidence (or worse -- destroyed by the court), then we must post them online for the world to see.

The death of this injustice begins now!
