I have today 'blogged' this to the new Sun-Talk Message Board hopefully for discussion on the Jon Gaunt Radio Show via the Sun Website each day between 10.00 and 13.00 BST Monday to Friday. Well this is all new you have an internet radio station that has only been going a few weeks and now they have introduced a message board to generate ideas for themes to talk about well our theme is as good as any and it might reach a wider audiance I also keep the reporters etc at the sun up to date and whilst they only want gimmicky stories I said I can wait till they do it robustly and have a campaign on it so time will tell it is the biggest selling newspaper in the UK so more should here about it here!

Certainly before submitting such spurious comments in his page on Michael Jackson! There are enough people who were making from this performer in life and yet more coming out of the woodwork after his untimely death, at the same age as me 50 :!:
The comment I would draw your eyes to in his piece "Pool Video that taints my memory of Jacko" (Sun 2nd July 2009) is in the 5th para .....there was no sexual contact of any kind...........

Families have been separated from children unjustly by Social Workers making the same innuendo on Court reports with as much evidence as Mr. Mac has offered here, just here say even his pal Nick Ferrari (Who along with Gaunty kick the Radio 4 Today prog into a cocked hat for morning news shows) said earlier this week he regretted using the Wako Jacko phrase during his time as bizarre columnist and wonder if he has the same misgivings over this video as our host:?:

Let me illustrate this better, if you go to 'You Tube' entre 'Geldof on Fathers' the entire series is here and seek the comments of Sir Bob when he describes the time separated from Paula Yates whilst he had 'contact' with his daughters , the norm for those girls when the family were together was all to tumble into the 'big bed' to drink their hot chocolate watch TV etc ( probably quite normal in most homes) Now contrast that with the time Sir Bob had his daughters alone what is it in public perception that would imply he was about to do something unsavoury to his daughters when clearly he was NOT

I would direct Kelvin Mackenzie to the Family Law column written by award winning reporter Camilla Cavendish at the Times she won her award for this column also check out John Hemming MP's website he too has a vested interest in Family Justice and also for him to look at the Geldof on Fathers Channel 4 programme which unlike his unseen video is there for all to see!

There is also an eminent Canadian professor in the UK right now doing a study of family Law world wide I would be pleased to pass his details on and Kelvin will really smell the coffee as I did yesterday in a 4 hour interview with him!

Then if this former Editor of The Sun still doesn't get it I strongly recommend he gets a job as a Social Worker as they are crying out for people who share his view!

Have we all heard this one I will say I once came before HHJ Hayward- Smith and will say a very fair judge infact he had to order Me and my barrister at the time to go escorted to a secure room in the court as my ex's brother entred the court and was a tai quando expert He also observed it was me that had tried to keep the "Status Quo" regarding my kids......shame it all went haywire after!

I personally hate The Sun and various other tabloid newspapers that thrive on gossip, twisted truths, hearsay and generally poor journalism. I understand though it's a good medium to get messages across to the large working class audience so I can see the benefits in that and I'm not complaining at all about, but if you're aiming for a certain audience to understand your message isn't it better to speak to them on their level in a way they would really care to understand - while losing none of the intelligence of the argument at the same time?

No not a great fan of the Sun and often call it latter day Beano but some took offence the rest did not understand try this for size;

After 5 years of imposed study I have reached a conclusion
on how Family Law can be reformed ,straightaway!
Judges should identify clients as Child A, Child B or Family XYZ,
as they do in criminal court,and/or put a serial number on the
court order which the press can refer to if required.We should
already have this with Straw's open court policy but the judges
will not play ball.

Couples entering the family Law arena should each be given
just £500 of legal aid and one court hearing. All reporting to the
court for the children to be done by the family GP and head of
year at the school with strict instructions that the children's
wishes have to be adhered to with no influence by either parent.
(This is something already in place for arranged marriages which
face the same courts in the UK)

CAFCASS could and should be disbanded, making a major
saving in public funding,and take other social workers out of the
court process as they are ill equipped to action this correctly this
would free up more people and time to concentrate on preventing
future Baby Peter type tragedies!

If Further court appearances are required then both parents will have
to fund them. The Judge to no longer be able to reserve a case for their
self and to continuously fail, but if further cases are heard this to be done
by new judges bringing fresh eyes to a case. This will self regulate the
judges who should be scrutinised.

Money will be saved as Barrister/ Solicitor will no longer be able to
plunder the legal aid purse, another saving will be made in social workers
who will be free to do what they should be doing rather then dabbling in
young peoples lives and Justice 4 Children may be served in spite of Jack
Straw, Ed Balls, Baroness Scotland Vera Beard QC and Lord Justices
Wall, Ward and Woolf!

I commend these proposals to the House ( Before any more harm is done!)
