Finally a Good Judge

It’s been a while, but finally we have at least one judging acting honorably. It is about bloody time this evil is stopped.

In a stunning and unusual family law decision, a Toronto judge has stripped a mother of custody of her three children after the woman spent more than a decade trying to alienate them from their father.
The mother's "consistent and overwhelming" campaign to brainwash the children into thinking their father was a bad person was nothing short of emotional abuse, Justice Faye McWatt of the Superior Court of Justice wrote in her decision.
The three girls, ages 9 to 14, were brought to a downtown courthouse last Friday and turned over to their father, a vascular surgeon identified only as A.L.
Their mother, a chiropodist identified as K.D., was ordered to stay away from the building during the transfer and to have her daughters' clothing and possessions sent to their father's house.
McWatt stipulated that K.D. is to have no access to the children except in conjunction with counselling, including a special intensive therapy program for children affected by "parental alienation syndrome." The mother must bear the costs.
Harold Niman, the father's lawyer, said the decision serves as a wake-up call to parents who, "for bitterness, anger or whatever reason," decide to use their children to punish their former partners.
"Maybe if they realize the courts will actually step in and do something and there is a risk of not only losing custody, but having no contact with their children, they'll think twice about it," Niman said in an interview….
The judge said awarding A.L. sole custody was the children's only hope for having a relationship with their father, given their mother's long-running transgressions.
These include ignoring court orders, shutting the door in A.L.'s face when he came to collect the children and refusing to answer the phone when he called to say goodnight. (He was granted telephone access to say good night on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). At times, she also arranged for police to show up when her daughters had overnight visits with their father.
Eventually, K.D. cut off contact altogether, refusing to allow A.L. to see or speak with his daughters. He was reduced to shouting goodnight to them through the door of their home, often not knowing whether they were there.
"It is remarkable that A.L. has not given in to the respondent's persistence in keeping his children from him over the last fourteen years and simply gone on with his life without the children as, no doubt many other parents in the same situation would have and, indeed, have done," McWatt said.
The mother squandered several chances to change her behaviour and is unable to accept it is in her children's best interests to have a relationship with their father, the judge said.

even from the cost upon cost of the legal process aspect which the feminits can rely on to typically support them in thier family Court manoeuvres

this case is definitely the exception which proves the rule that feminit cases mostly suicceed

In Oz Family Court cases are Verboten to the Press. No reporting at all allowed.

But look at this. The Judge gets some praise, and that is an encouragement, but this chap has been fighting for FOURTEEN friggin' years and the mother has been ignoring Order after Order. What were the fucking Judges doing all that time?

Good Judge: Bad, Evil, Stupid, Useless friggin' Judge.

Note that it is a female judge. I have noted that female judges can be ruthless against women like that.

I would imagine a male judge would be too shit-scared of the fall-out from the feminazi's if he were to make such a judgement..

Did I say we were pissing in the wind? One swallow does not make a summer..

This is not the first time a court has reversed residence for similar reasons..

One off court decisions don't count for much, it has been established for some time that the courts will reverse residence in similar cases..

Judges do make good decisions, I know I had a good decision in my own case from a lady judge, but its how well the decisions can be upheld and how they set a useful precedent for other cases that matters.

I dont know about you timo, but I have seen so many false dawns..

Haahoo you are starting to sound like a Joe Btfsplk. There is a black cloud following you around as you find the bad lining in any good news that is opposed to your emotional compass. Yes yes yes there may be an appeal, but it is my opinion the system is now in crisis and with a serious recession or depression on the way they can't keep this hard position up for much longer, as we grow by the day. They are retrenching, and trying to keep options open for fathers/grandparents in courts so that their lawyer friends don't all join the unemployement lines.

Most of the big MRA sites are up in hits every month. The Internet passed print media last month, do you know what any of this means? They are hurting really bad! Where are they going to get the money when the baby boomers retire now? Where are all the established media going to get funds to pay their hacks to dish out all their total crap! This economic cycle will last at least 5 years, but they are afraid to tell the truth. Our time is coming and it is only the die hard Joe Btfsplks that can't see it.

I am just being realistic and pointing out what should be obvious. Much MRM news is presented in such a manner as to be pretty deceptive in many cases.

The system has been in crisis for a long time. What is growing by the day? I seriously wonder where you get your sense of optimism for the growth of the active movement against the system. From where I have been standing for years, the movement has shrivelled over the past 5 years from its heyday and there is much evidence for that that can be seen on forums etc that have been active for the period..

Perhaps, as can be clearly seen by anyone with a few observational senses, the old style print media outlets are now switching to the internet. This can be seen and also it can be seen that, for example, newspaper sites,. get a lot of hits..

It is good that you are optimistic timo, personally, I am optimistic too, but no so optimistic for the MRM in its current guise, it needs to shape up and broaden its appeal, the gender warfare attitude is not going to make good progress as most people are repelled by that..

Of course, the family court system thrives on delaying tactics, delaying the inevitable is what they do best..

He said that she will face prison if she is i contempt of court again!

I had a similar order over a year ago, but reality is that it does not mean a fig, as anyone who has been in reciept of similar judgements for years will have realised..

I envisage a period of significant instability in which almost any change might happen. But bad changes always outnumber good ones.

The economic crisis affecting us all may have been caused by political and financial Industry ineptitude but the sticky hand pring of a push in the back is also evident. The 'cures' for it so far have been ineptitude piled on ineptitude. The 'pundit talk' is of increased socialism, or to use the weasel words being used by the socialist, 'Social Democracy'.

(We in Oz have just been treated to a headmaster's lecture by the KRuddmeister telling us that we have to look for Social Democrat models for our saviour. The only one I can see around is the friggin' UK ! Gordon friggin' Bennett. Meanwhile KRudd has taken a 30 billion surplus from the best performing economy in the world and turned it into a 30 Billion deficit in just one year. He gave a goodly portion of it to ...... single friggin' MOTHERS !! That isn't ineptitude. That is sheer Talent. He wants to borrow more. No-one is asking the obvious question - Who the fuck from?)

In this chaotic environment it is just as likely that feminists will gain even more and men even less. There will be looting at all levels of society.

The best rule to have and put in effect is Rule 303.

The first sub-rule of that is - get a friggin' 303.

Color me unimpressed with this Judge.

Bear in mind that this is a two doctor family with very high incomes. Therefore they can hire choice attorneys and come up with a comprehensive strategy involving name brand experts who "wrote the book".

I mean in this case the child abuse that is alienation and the obstruction of justice that is perjury and not following the court orders went on for

TEN YEARS

Real justice would mean that children would not endure endless years of abuse and for ordinary, typical people to be able to routinely expect and achieve justice in an affordable and timely manner.

After all...justice delayed is justice denied.

Alienated children will need time and attention to recover and there future relationships and parenting will likely be affected their entire life.
