This morning before the sun arose the Burnaby Batman with the help of his trusted comrades scaled the Johnson street bridge in Victoria BC in protest. Our objective was to draw attention to parental alienation and to present our position on the current political parties running in the up
coming BC election on May 12/09.

From the front of the Johnson street bridge we unfurled a 20 foot by 20 foot banner that read "BC Liberals Alienating Families Since 2001". On the rear of the bridge we hung a 8 by 10 No Dads Party (NDP) banner and on the side of the bridge a banner that read"Save Katy". At the bottom of the bridge we hung another large banner that read "Parental Alienation Is Child Abuse".

well i am certainly glad tha f4j is stepping up to the plate in their activism-i am trying not to be to cynical(thnx for the wake up-percy)
i just hope that f4j doesn't stop and disapear now--they have got to keep going on and on and on just like the energizer bunny.

You are a top bloke Outdoors and we all get jaded from time to time. Chin up, mate.

Canada has taken the F4J Standard from the UK and is flying it high. I have all respect for the men fighting there - and the women fighting with them.

I have emailed Mike la Salle at MND suggesting that Canada and their F4J efforts gets some 'front page' prominence.

u know-i feel kinda bad for knockin' F4J for not doing much lately.Not just here iether.
Then the next day i get an e-mail about the grandma and the tower--and the next day again,all kindsa F4J news--Ontario,B.C.--U.K.

i just hope they do not give up on their efforts-and really put on a show--CBC refuses to report anything F4J does-i wonder why?

Burnaby is in walking distance from my old hometown, Port Coquitlam. It's all a part of the Tri-Cities, that's where the Shangi grew up.

I'm glad this is happening in BC. The family courts there are definitely anti-male.
