Closing Pandora’s Box
Priority News Exchange Program News Item (PNEP)
Just on the subject of lesbian rights, I would like to post on this forum for all of the watchers to see, what I know about the case involving the publication called "Pandora".
In the late 1980's there was a case taken to the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission. It involved a publication that was printed at a center for domestic violence called Vieth House because it is located on Vieth Street in the north end of Halifax. The staff were lesbian misandrists and made no bones about that-one of them happened to be one of my karate students.
She got a little too overbearing during one lesson and a little too blinded by her hatred of men and ended up with her shoulder dislocated, thereafter having achieved orange belt she became an expert master and teacher of "wendo", but I digress.
One of the pastimes of the lesbian feminazis who staffed Veith House was a publication called Pandora, which was plain, pure, unabashed male bashing.
A certain professor who taught at SMU University wrote a letter to the editor in protest an editorial in Pandora about divorced dads. Now they could have simply ignored his letter, but instead they sent him a form letter stating that it was the policy of their publication to never acknowledge the opinions of any male.
The professor took the matter to the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission in good faith, and not realizing that this was like going to Dracula's Castle to complain that vampires suck blood.
The lawyer who represented Pandora was a certain Anne Derrick. I am well acquainted with her. Her dad was the headmaster of an elite private school (King's Edghill). My best friend attended that school and it was infamous for it's rate of boy suicide. Anne was celebrated for her representation of the class action suit of a boy’s reform school in Shelburne Nova Scotia. I have often wondered if she would have been as zealous about King's if an accounting had been done there. She just happened to be the president of student council and the valedictorian at my alma mater Mount Saint Vincent University, which has also conferred an honorary degree on Hillary Clinton (all of this co-incidence of course)…ah but I digress again.
At the HRC meeting Anne got up and ranted in fine feminazi style about witches who got burned 300 years ago. To make a long story short the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission made the ruling that because men have historically been such bastards IT IS A LESBIANS GAY RIGHT TO MALE BASH.
Now the SMU professor was bemoaning the fact that it would bankrupt him, to appeal this to the Supreme Court, and the law system had become so co-opted that there was no hope of winning anyway when yours truly suggested another strategy.
I had done a student internship at the Halifax-Dartmouth United Way and was fully conversant with its funding structure and suggested attacking the funding of Vieth House at donor level. It worked and Pandora was bankrupted even though it won it's Nova Scotia Human Rights day in our kangaroo courts, simply because the united way refused to pay their legal fees.
POST SCRIPT:
I (Maus) continue to advocate this strategy as an effective approach in an asymmetrical conflict. Anne Derrick is now a judge! Anne Derrick's spouse, Archie Kaiser, grew up next door to the church where I was a ministry candidate, but I quit that endeavor when the church became feminazi commandeered. Archie teaches law at Dalhousie Law School, and he is the benchmark of how feminists would like men to be (Mangina).
You will not find the Pandora decision on CANLII, it has become such an embarrassment to the Nova Scotia legal system that they would rather not mention it.

Re: Closing Pandora’s Box
Corruption so ingrained it doesn't even register any more. To quote a recent comment I made on MensActivism:
The proportion of women who prepare themselves for position (e.g. law, politics, business) and who gain positions of power who are corrupt, unjust and misandric is very high. I would nearly say that they are in a majority. There are women involved in True Equality, there's Christina Hoff Summers, the Spanish Judge Maria Sanahuja who denouces Spain's VAWA law: they are very heartening and positive voices for the Men's Movement and for men's rights. However they are far outnumbered by the anti-male female journalists, academics and lawyers - a list of whom is practically endless. Many of these women and feminists find themselves in positions of authority and use their authority to advance the feminist agenda.
Insightful article hear regarding what Maus calls "co-opting" of the Established system. Can one really afford to have such a person in a position of great power who has made it explicit that she hates 50% of the population?
Only in the Matriarchal West.

Re: Closing Pandora’s Box
Is it perhaps possible that these clearly mental women may one day reach the menopause, and when the eastrogen stops playing havoc with their emotional and logical functioning they will see the world through less deranged eyes and perhaps even become worthy sentient beings?
The 60's seemed to spawn crazed rad fems, the 80's created the mangina male feminist poodle phenonema, while the radfems where in power and seeking to create their ideal world.. Now we have the completion of the work, the mangina men are ruling, the old radfems have lost their faith largely as they move into childless and unloved old age and dementia.. or even regrets..
I think now we are seeing the emergence of the backlash to it all, those young men that may have beome the poodles are refusing to take that shit, because the women have become overtly toxic and of depleted worth through 2 generations of indulgence..
Its down to us natural patriarchs to establish a new order that can emcompass the young men and women who see little worth in what has resulted from 40 years of manbashing..
Too many good people have been damaged by feminists twisted dotrines and the expensive elevation of mediocrity and underachievement in a misguided path to "equality" - itself a ludicrous concept that would make all individuals winners in a game that has no point to it any longer other than perpetual re-adjustment by a state army of bloated and hopeless judges..
The law is promoting injustice and as such needs to be disregarded by all who value justice.. Only when this occurs will we no longer see young folk seeking to become rich by the abuse system that is the law in most western countries..

i agree drex, and that should be a lesson to those who see men's stuggle as a 'war between genders'. Unless you can identify with the opposite sex, you will end up alone, bitter and resentfull.the old radfems have lost their faith largely as they move into childless and unloved old age and dementia..
men and women both really need each other to find happiness. we can't find it alone, or with a member of our own sex (homosexuals, obviously are not included here)

Re: Closing Pandora’s Box
Now, if I was a woman, and you a man, I would be giving you a pat on the head for that observation and telling you "what a clever boy you are"..
Yes, men and women are part of a team, and that team cant function fully while there is not the will to co-operate..
I am always doubt that the aim of life is to "be happy".. But society clearly cannot progress without good gender relations..

Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

Re: Closing Pandora’s Box
I can't imagine what form that would take. Fruit_Cake seems to believe in gender as a cultural construct. In that vision you can turn people into anything you want. As if they were made of clay.
If you keep a bird in a cage, then you want to cover the cage every evening at the right time. You make sure you give it exactly the right food, in the correct quantities. You're careful not to give the bird the wrong kind of companion, or neighbor. You don't want to place it in a draft, or where it gets too much sunlight. If you don't take into account the needs and sensitivities of the bird, you'll find it dead in its cage one morning. The same goes for the way sensible owners treat their dogs and cats.
We acknowledge that animals have limited adaptability. Only from human beings do we expect that they morph themselves in all possible shapes.
It should be clear to any neutral observer that men are wired for dominance, and women for (moderate) subservience (don't laugh Fruit_Cake, this is the way mother nature arranged it through millions of years of evolution). Now you can say that people are flexible, that's true, but there's a limitation to that flexibility. It's more like an elastic band than clay. You can stretch it, but not indefinitely and as you stretch it more and more, you also increase the strain. At some point you can't stretch it further without breaking it.
Our society is already clearly showing the strain. This will become much worse when women become even more dominant in the future.
We are setting up a social structure in which only very humble and modest men can feel comfortable. Prouder men will have no choice but to keep their distance.

i think some women are subservient to men that they believe in.. but you have to have a man to believe in first.. other women are control freaks, and look for weak men they can dominateIt should be clear to any neutral observer that men are wired for dominance, and women for (moderate) subservience (don't laugh Fruit_Cake, this is the way mother nature arranged it through millions of years of evolution).

Re: Closing Pandora’s Box
Too true Bola too true. The forces exerted on men to be one way or another just to protect himself are tremendous and when you add in the fact that most of these men know deep down that being masculine is fine and it would be in their best interest to quit following the model feminism has told them to squeeze into and just be them selves. Maybe men don't need to be more sensitive maybe women should learn to be less senitive and learn to let some things go. Just quit being upset and angered about every perceived slight that their imagination can conjure up.
