HOLLAND, Mich.—
Charges against a Holland mom accused of fleeing the state with her children earlier this summer were dropped today, according to Holland Police.

Wendi Carpenter had the kids for visitation during the summer, per court order, she was supposed to return the kids to their father on Tuesday, July 26, at the Holland Department of Public Safety building.

Carpenter never showed up. Officers began to investigate and believed she had fled the state with the two kids.

Holland Public Safety made a request to the FBI for their assistance in the case. FBI agents in Grand Rapids then obtained a federal warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution for Wendi Sue Carpenter.

Wendi Sue Carpenter was taken into custody the morning of August 13 in Colorado Springs, Colo. The children -- 11-year-old Luke Carpenter and 10-year-old Cambria Carpenter -- were with her and safe.

Who cares?

She'll only steal the kids if the law obliges you to support both them and her, even in her absence.

Without that legal safeguard of "big government", she'll cook nice meals, teach your children to respect you and be good in bed, because she's needs you personally.
Even if she has her own job , a 'funding father' is still an asset. "Founding Fathers" are no longer fashionable.
