The lighter sentencing for women just keeps on going on and on. Would a father get the same sentence? You know the answer. Remember she is out on good behavior, or because a shrink (psychologist) says so in less that 15. That’s just under 2 years per child. Justice feminist style is served in the greater Germany.

A German appeals court on Monday confirmed a 15-year prison sentence handed to a woman for killing eight of her newborn babies in the country's worst post-war infanticide case.

I have severe reservations about the validity of 'some' practitioners within the field of psychology (like many other social sciences). It's been my experience and observation that many psychologists have a predisposition to leaning towards left-wing politics. As such, unconsciously or not, this unduly influences their interpretation of cases and detrimentally effects their eventual outcomes.

That, in collusion with a corrupted judicial infrastructure singing from the same agenda-ridden hymn sheet.

I guess I can explain. 15 years is the maximum she could get.

Example:
murder one man -> 15 years
murder 8 babies -> 15 years
murder 800 people where among the victims was 1 woman -> 15 years

The Interesting part comes after those 15 years. The state can then decide to lock you up forever if you are a danger to society. This also depends on your behaviour during your term. So we can´t cry "INJUSTICE" right now bot probably in 15 years when she gets free again.

Thanks for bringing this point up, feckless.. It's often worth keeping in mind the cultural differences that might otherwise not be apparent.

I assume the 15 year maximum applies to both men and women, and also covers mass murder of men or women (e.g. a serial rapist/murderer would also get 15years for raping & murdering 20 women?)

Thats right Marx. The question is what´ll happen afterwards? Perhabs it is more likely that men stay in prison after their term has ended because of the protection of society then women.

To be honest I don´t know. But I know that men movements in Germany claim that men get treated harsher by the law...I´ll see if I can dig some numbers up.
