The question of question.....my favorites are 1-3-2. But I heard 2-3-1 (my sister) and 3-1-2 (friend of mine) before (4 is actually not a movie)....what do you think?

My favorite "die hard" movie is either "The Warriors" or "Braveheart".

The first and third Die Hard movies are favorites. Die Hard 2 wasn't bad, but Live Free or Die Hard was utter crap!

Exactly one of the now famos franchise killers ala Indiana Jones 4 or Alien 4 (really hated that one)

Aliens 4 was better than Aliens 3. It was certainly better than Indy 4 and Die Hard 4. I had a problem with the concept of Die Hard 4 long before the PG-13 controversy. I mean the big hook is COMPUTERS?! If computers were a thing that were just invented at the time, it would seem really fresh. The villains were boring, the action was cartoonish. Seriously, Bruce Willis jumps on a fighter plane, then jumps off and slides down a collapsed tunnel while a fireball is chasing him. Dumb!

I put Die Hard 3: With A Vengeance. I thought it was non-stop action, no boring-arse love story, Samuel L. was superb with Bruce in their odd couple roles, but Jeremy Irons steals the show in my opinion, a great baddie, "Said Simple Simon to ze pie-man going to ze fair, give me your pies, or I cave your head in".
It's not just that, I thought the story was the best, most intelligent one out of them all.
Thinking about it, it would actually make a good videogame, what with all the puzzles he has to solve throughout the film.

"This was all made possible thanks to the g-g-g-g-gullibility of the New York Police Department!". Love that film.

Alien movies are another thread to argue about. I always liked 2 1 3 (in that order) but 4....it was too far out for my taste...
