What is the most important thing we need to do to help the movement win? Sure there are many things, but what is the most important?

I answered the first option, go your own way. But then it occurred to me, the point of going your own way is not necessarily to aid any "movement," but to immediately and directly enhance your own life.

I voted to sway the media because that is precisely how feminists spread their misandry and hysteria messages.

If we can get our side out there through the media people will be able to tell the truth from the bullshit in short order. Plus it will have the added advantage of getting more men to understand that it is ok to be infuriated with the bad behavior that is aimed at them.

Once they understand that they do not have to take all the bullshit aimed at them then they will be more willing to fight for what is right. As it stands most men believe that it is required of them to tolerate bad attitudes for women.

You have given some really good ideas. I like a number of them.

From my looking in I think that there are many areas the MRA is working. From the intellect as University professors to the street and personal friends and family.

There are groups already doing things that will move mountains in time. I just wonder whether we can find something that we all as a group can do to make a difference. Even something small. Because mountains do come down by taking one teaspoon at a time away.

And I think whatever we do should be fun and something we can share so to boost all of our confidence.

I wonder whether we should take advantage of our strength and numbers. Maybe that is what we have going for us.

We are a group of people on the net so we all have an e-mail account. (strength) But we are all from different countries. (weakness)

Maybe we could set a small goal to change the media. That is fighting antimisandry and that is what this site is named. That is using our strength as a forum community and our weakness being from all over the globe does not matter.

Hey all, can you imagine how great it would be to change attitudes of journalists? They tell me that all they usually get is negative feedback from the public. They very rarely get positive feedback because people in general don't take time to give you a boost of ego.

No wonder they are following the crowd but then I bet that is not why they studied journalism nor what their dreams were made of.

And another thing that female journalists have told me. They say that they have interviewed the Men's movement but that they can't understand the anger. And that is why the MRM is being portrayed as disgruntled men.

This is not true as everyone here knows. That anger is frustration. Frustration of a system that does not care nor give any fair go to a male. Women don't know this. Female journalists are coming through from University in higher numbers than male journalists.

Which way are these female journalists going to go? After all they have a much easier time challenging feminism than males do. Will they go anti men because of the anger or will they go pro men because they get to see the bias from their research for stories?

Mind you male journalists may just know what is going on the same as the MRM males. I have seen them write stuff for my group without me. They enjoy to print pro men. And I have seen them buckle under pressure form men and women speaking up.

Anyhow, just my 2 cents worth.

I don't really have an opinion for such strategies.
I suppose I'm pestimistic about progress in these areas because I believe the filthy rich or hidden hand has brought us feminism.

Men don't seem to care about other mens struggles, but we can and have to wake them up to the situation. Many young guys are getting it. But older ones are often part of the problem, too busy, to blind or whatever they don't care until the eggs on their face.

About the anger issue. Almost anytime a man brings up the problems we face he is said to be bitter or angry. it's so common that it makes me angry. Even with Katherine we heard this. Are we so naive that we should expect the average 20 year old female to know anything other than what's taught in school.. I think it's different with Julie & Kelly, instead women shake their heads in disbelief and ask themselves "What's in this for you?"

It's a common rebuttle to a man for whatever reason but it really shows that the average female doesn't care about mens problems. Ironically, no not really, when a women is pissed even about imagined wrongs well you had better take her side.

I wondered what I should write to this. I have deleted a couple of attempts. But yeah, I can understand your pessimism. I ask what religious groups will do about this also since they have lots of books written on it. I suppose they await for God.

But for me, I am over waiting for God. And I can tell that pessimism has been the favourite choice for quite some time. The sad part about this is that the pessimism itself has poisoned the minds of those who would otherwise be optimistic.

Did you ever hear the difference of a pessimists and an optimists way of thinking this way.

The pessimist sees the glass half empty. The optimist sees the glass half full.

Then maybe I am too early to get involved. We will see.
