My answer to the poll is also NO as I believe this new clause in the law will have overwheleming negative consequences for its disregard for the most fundamental rules: innocent until proven guilty.

I'm in agreement, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. IF the government force men to gain proof of consent, then so too should women. OTOH, if people are sensible about it (by people, i mean governments) then we'll get along just fine.

Women can never consent to sex. They are either co-erced into it by a man, forced into it by a man, drunk, incapable for other reasons, or just having sex in order to get a man to look after them (hopefully!)..

The patriachal system forces women to degrade themselves by having sex with their oppressors as the only way that they can survive..
