While I was an Office Cadet in middle school, I had an experience that fits this. I delievered a Detention Slip to a boy, and he followed me out (told the teacher he had to use the toilet). He caught up with me down the hall, grabbed my hair, shoved me against a locker, and told me I was a snotty, stuck up bitch for thinking a woman could give him a Slip.
Each word was punctuated by him raming his knee into my groin, which left bruises.
Luckily, he heard someone coming and let me go. I went back to the office & reported him for the harsh words and concussion I got...but never mentioned the genital harm. I didn't think anyone would believe me anyway, cause men don't usually kick women there.

Offending with words is a bit of a broad category.. What if those words where threats? What if those words were "you are under arrest?" from a police orificer?

What if those words were "come and have a go if you think you stand a chance"..

Some folks can expect what is coming to them if they think they can go around gobshiting with impunity..

I personally find words to be more offensive than violence from a woman..

Because a womans word alone can have a man doomed and destroy his life..

This is why many men would rather endure their beatings than have their evil mouths bring in the state thugs to destroy sir..

Guess I'm lucky, or sheltered. I don't know anyone that had that happen to them.

Wow...I realize that this is the Male on Female side of the conversation, but I thought more people besides myself would have an experience to share here. After all, it's not just necessarily groin injuries-this part says it can be about any part of a woman's body.
Am I really that odd of a case?

Of course, being that THIS half of the conversation is near empty seems to almost automatically mean that the OTHER half is full

Indeed, I can't say I can recall any occasions in which I've seen a man hit or kick a woman simply for saying nasty words to him... aside from the television which often reflects a fictitious scenarios where most men abuse most women as a matter of routine.

I know that when a man busts my chops to the point of it being uncomfortable i can lay him out with little to no consequences.
