Back when I opened the first forum (the free hosted one, archives HERE) I tried to open an IRC channel whereby folks here could chat in real time.
Anyway, I gave it a shot - i think the most we go online at one time was five people. This forum is a little more alive, and so, i'm considering it a 2nd time around.

Would you chat in IRC if you were given clear instructions on setting up a chat client (using pictures too) and/or given a specific page with a chat program built into it? Would it be good if there were specific times/dates to meet etc?
