Feminists are not stupid. Their primary activities are the exploitation and acquisition of power. They fool the public, most importantly getting men on their side. They get away with lies because "the means justifies the ends". People who do these things are not stupid: they are cunning and aware of how human nature works.

I think you give them WAAAAAY too much credit. They're just lucky that their bullshite currently goes hand in hand with:

1.) aready long ago (i.e. before feminism) established gender constructions - most important of those being woman as a victim & in need of protection. This is the basic reason, all others are just a logical consequence of this one, first and foremost - see 2.)

2.) interest of those in power

Therefore, feminists' influence could hardly be seen as a result of their prowess or some intelligent masterplan of theirs. Its just a lucky coincidence, they're just lucky - and of course, they obviously don't even know it. Actually, they can't know better!

They don't need to fool men on their side, because a great majority of men are already on the side of women. And you could hardly say that's the result of feminists' brilliance, when it is a fact that long before institutionalized feminism, men on their own did a lot to protect women - before protecting fellow men (to use a cliche example - Titanic).

Feminists are just lucky enough to be allowed to act like spoiled kids, pushing the limits - not because they would achieve this with some kind of a smart plan, but because they simply CAN. There are other crazy groups out there, even those with less asinine ideas, and even some intelligent ones, but their concepts and actions don't go along with the two reasons I outlined above, that's why unlike the feminists, they're branded as loonatics and not listened to.

Have you ever seen feminists being held responsible for their actions or something that they said? Nah, that's for adult men.

The men-women relation on the level of society is basically just a copy-paste of a father-daughter relation(ship) on family level - except here the government plays the daddy and men play the nasty boys who can hurt his little girl.

Now, that doesn't mean that the little girl is smart, cunning and because of this somehow managed to fool daddy on her side - because daddy is there already from the get go. And boy , can she push the limits, can't she? And boy oh boy, can daddy take her bullshite, can't he?

The West suffered a collective loss of nerve after WWI, and the femmies took advantage. Similarly in the '60s the second-wavers capitalized on social upheaval (with the guidance of cultural marxists).

I would have answered "no." Feminists are very perceptive. Namely, perceptive of the emotional weakness of men to stand up to women -- and perceptive of a stupid public that solves problems by passing laws. They are perceptive enough to expertly define problems as they see them, then demand laws to address their "problems," then get the sheeple (people who follow and trust the State) to go along with these laws, then use the laws to cause other problems.

Are feminists stupid? No. Just a tad more brilliant than the sheeple.
