    Arrow Tuckerite libertarianism

I have been reading some of Benjamin Tucker's journals lately and I'm in fascination with Tuckerite socialism. Essentially Tuckerite socialism is based on an absolutely free market and mutualism.

The Tuckerite claim that socialism is best understood as naming a series of goals which can be achieved using the political means or the economic means. For the Tuckerite, the economic means turns out to achieve the desired set of goals more efficiently than the political means—and so without the aggression that’s definitionally part of the use of the political means. But what is achieved is still socialism. The Tuckerite socialist can achieve what the state socialist purports to want, but without many of the human and financial costs created by a state-based approach.
    -----------
I find that attractive. Real attractive. I find Tuckerite socialism to be a really attractive to the shithole we call an economy.

Just sharing some libertarian philosophy to argue/debate/discuss.

You are attempting to disguise your true political agenda, economics the science of scarcity does not actually measure, monitor and direct the behavior of individuals within a given group, that is properly political science. Once again apples for oranges and confusion none of which will aid the end of misandry but may serve someone's un-announced political aims just as the feminists try to obfuscate the issues.

What? A reduction of the state into nothing but a "night watchmen" state and promote Tuckerite style economics? Which incidentally would get rid of feminism's programs and unfair laws.

    Not really read Shakespeare.
It is 2011 nineteen years from 2030, we live in a global economy.
Can you provide, by citation, Benjamin Tucker's economic calculations, the equations that make the science of economics?

    Re: Tuckerite libertarianism

How much do actually understand libertarian thought? Especially Tuckerite libertarianism? Tucker promoted anarchism or basically libertarianism on crack. He proposed a complete deregulation of the market and proposed mutualism and a completely voluntary economy. I am a minarchist, I do not support or agree everything Tucker proposed but I do think he had really good ideas about economics.

It's libertarian theory, you know the hyper intellectual stuff that most people wouldn't contemplate. His calculations would be out of date anyway since he died at the end of the Depression, it would be almost 80's out of date.

The classic The Market for Liberty (here are the first 3 chapters plus an introduction by Karl Hess) lays out a very readable argument for completely replacing coercive government with civil society, including for defense, local security from crime, contract enforcement, and every other "government service." Murray Rothbard's Power and Market: Government and the Economy is another excellent overview of how civil society can and should replace coercive government, including specifically for defense. The Voluntary City: Choice, Community, and Civil Society provides (as the product description at Amazon puts it) "a rich history and analysis of large-scale, private and voluntary, community-based provision of social services, urban infrastructure, and community governance." In short, despite the constant intrusion of government into these areas, to the point where many people cannot imagine any other way to do things, civil society not only CAN but often HAS and still does, in many cases, provide every type of "government service" we need. Bonus: no mass murder is involved! No vast and ever-growing corruption is set in motion! No corporatism is engendered. Customer satisfaction becomes a reality instead of a punchline. Honest trade and friendship replace mercantilism and gunboat diplomacy.
