No, it's the state swallowing society as it's own (a legacy of 13 years of labours socialist sickness)! The Con-Lib alliance despite it's elongated honeymoon period, has done little to throw off the imposing socialist ideas of society. Instead, it whacked the sleepy general populace with a new name for the left-leaning alliance. Call it the 'big society' and people won't see the elephant in the room because it's so obvious. Duh!The hyper-regulation of everyday life – from clown shows to live-music events to sipping wine in a park – speaks to a profound reorganisation of the relationship between state and society.
A self-serving state always defines what 'society' IS before it's slaves even progress beyond the gestation phase. What constitutes "society" is written by those who rule it. Were your parents made aware they were signing a contract - when registering your birth - which made YOU a member of a society to which you were not made aware of it's rules? Nor more importantly, that which your parents signed upon was actually a contract, and with all contracts unless you make it's terms and conditions clearly known - it makes it null and void.
For instance, every parent who registers their childs birth unknowingly signs a contract to the state (to which you then become a lifetime STATE employee) via the creation of a legal fiction (the birth certificate). It's this 'societal' strawman to which the mass population grasp at which makes them liable for taxes (there is no actual law stating citizens have to pay taxes) and acts/statutes which constitute 90% of faux cash-confiscatory law.
For example: ALL statutes and acts are only legislated rules of SOCIETY given the force of law by the consent of the governed. Did you get that? If you genuinely did - you've unburdened yourself from a massive state perpetrated scam to keep you financially and politically compliant.
'Societies' are always defined by a minority who seek to control a majority. Society is an elitist euphemism for control. Ever wonder why there is a 'Law Society' conflicting within our judicial system? It's far too incestuous a mechanism to be considered fair within a orgiastic relationship between it's members. The disturbing synchronisation between your defense counsel and the judiciary is nothing but a pantomine which is played out to hoodwink you into believing you have a chance of justice. It's all about politics, gamesmanship and money.
Who's society? And defined by whom?
There must only ever be one universal 'society' which is benefitted by all, and defined by the people themselves.
